If you want your family or yourself to get the best out of retired or end of life, do NOT come here. Unprofessional and incompetent staff. Owner Teresa is impatient, unresponsive, unaccommodating, and picky. What's with the attitude?

My mom stayed here for approx 6 years and during this time she became more and more withdrawn, scared to place a complaint, bruises started showing up.

This place have unskilled workers, understaffed, terrible food quality and non English speakers.

The administrator, Teresa, will respond to calls and emails before you sign on the dotted line, but after that, she cannot be reached.

They market their "great" menu, order what you want, then to find out only people on the 5th floor gets that type of food and service.

If you look up Residental Care Facilities, a new legislation states

Unprofessional and poorly trained staff. The building looks grand outside, but looks outdated and gloomy inside. I visited a senior friend a few times during lunch, poor quality food. She was so unhappy. Now she is much happier after moving to the other professionally run facility in Daly City.

The place is Chinese run and accommodates a lot of Chinese people. However, the sales person is also culturally Chinese and does not give a direct and clear answer. I asked for the base price of the units there and he says, you need to come and visit. After pressing him a bit, he says the pricing is between 5800-7500. He then asked what I was already paying. I told him 4800 for a studio at this other assisted living. He then says, we have smaller units that are under 5000. This is super confusing and indirect.

I met the person before and he is an older gentleman. When asking for greater

FANTASTIC assisted living care facility! My granny checked in here a couple of months ago. Of course it was hard at first bc she begged and begged to go home. But now, she LOVES it. She's even too busy to hang out to chat with me when I visit!! She rather hang out with her buddies or take a yoga class or go to her drawing class! Where's the love granny???

The facility is really really nice. You feel like you are walking into a hotel. Serious. We did some major shopping around for nursing homes and assisted living facilities. This was the best one around. By far. A lot of others had
