Very bad experience this last time i got my glasses done every year with them for the past 3 years this last time I went in as usual, picked a frame and off I go 3 weeks went by and nothing, called them and assured me the following Wednesday they would be ready, so I went to picked them up just to be told the delivery company lost the package with my glasses so they promise a refund in 2 weeks, so I went to another place and got my glasses done, they delivered them in time and for my surprise is been over two weeks now and I still have not got my money back, so do they expect me to forget about

I’m extremely impressed w/ Broadway Optometry. Yolanda was good at helping me use my 2020 VSP benefits a couple of days before 2021.
I ordered progressive lenses for the first time. The lens quality is extremely good. The transition lenses work great and the anti reflective coating is very high quality. I’m so impressed by Yolanda’s professional attitude towards me I’m coming back now it’s 2021.

I had a terrible experience at this place, the employees are very rude and they just don't care about the customer at all. As long as they get your money that is all they seem to care about. The frames I was sold and by the way I returned were so cheaply manufactured that I could not see any difference from Walmart's $ 9.99 frames I compared them to. I was also told by the girl employee ( the rude one) that I could not return them so I had to talk to the owner who is only there once a week which it was such a hassle for me having to spend my time going back a couple of times to deal with this situation
