Very disappointed at the costumer service I received this last visit and will not be returning as a client anymore. I was charge a 40 dollar cancelation fee for and appointment I could not attend and I had canceled ahead of time online. I complaint about this and read their website for cancelation policy and nothing is disclosed in regards to charging for a cancellation ahead of time.

I have had to recently go from regular to progressive lenses so needed a comprehensive eye exam on top of a contact lens exam. Dr Villa spent a good deal of time with me explaining the pros and cons of my exam results and even went over the eye scans with me, making for a throughly comprehensive exam. Liana then helped me with her recommendations for getting the most out of my Medi-Cal benefits plus what types of frames would go best with progressive lenses. She even explained how the progressives would work and what to expect. Her recommendations and time that she spent with me made me feel like

Incredibly disappointed by the services I received. After 4 weeks of going back and forth, I did not receive any of the contact lenses I ordered because the order was first ordered incorrectly and they did not advocate for the lenses to be shipped quicker. I was given trial lenses after trial lenses (that did not match my prescription) that strained my eyes. I ended up cancelling my contact lenses order (after 4 weeks of patiently waiting) because I was tired of the excuses. I do not recommend ordering contact lenses here especially if you are trying to get them quickly. They also have a lack of
