When Dr. Watson retired and sold his office to a new doctor, I was a bit suspect. My wife has been coming here since she was little so being her wife, I came over and now our son comes here as well. Although their prices have increased, overall I do enjoy the service I receive. My favorite form of communication is via email and I can choose this method of contact easily to handle all my orders and appointments. If I find a pair of glasses I like elsewhere, they are likely able to find it and order it through my insurance. They carry brands that I like such as Versace, Raybans, etc. They have a

I am going to this optometrist for years I started doing Thomas when I start working on pride industries about 10-15 years ago when I first got my glasses I love their glasses they also do glasses for people with medical they have a nice selection very professional very good I'd highly recommend these guys they're very easy to find it right inside the shopping center highland avenue you see there's the panda buffet and the baby retail shop and the Chuck e cheese all in one area but I do highly recommend these good guys they really have a nice selection of glasses to pick from

Avoid this office at all costs. They operate under the guise of offering a very professional service, but will try to gouge you with extra costs to oversell glasses you may not need. How horrible to do this during the COVID-19 crisis when families are suffering from economic losses.

First time customer & let me tell you I made a great choice! Dr. Eva Wu was the best! I was stuck using prescription sunglasses indoors & out after damaging my regular prescription glasses. I found this place through my insurance so I called to make an urgent visit for new glasses but was only able to leave a voice message. Dr. Eva called me back within the hour to tell me they're closed for exams until mid May due to Covid-19 but with a current prescription she can open up the store so I can select new frames. Well my prescription was expired. Now I need a new eye exam so what does

It had been a long time since I'd gotten a new pair of glasses, and since it felt like I needed a stronger prescription now, I was interested in finding a place nearby (and also covered by my insurance). This place came up and I gave them a call and they were able to quickly verify that my insurance qualified plus that they also took in same day walk-ins.
I dropped by soon after and the whole process was really nice. Filled out my information, and I ended up doing a series of preliminary tests that included a pretty cool light/button pressing game. I also opted for the digital imaging scan

My husband, 2 children, and I went to see Dr. Lee for the first time to get our eyes checked and we had the most pleasant experience. The office is spotless and modern, and they have all the latest equipment in the field. They also have a wide selection of frames and offer the most current technology in lenses. It's the worst optometry our family got. Though the doctor were really nice but didn't get the prescription right, it's like having the new glasses using the old prescription. One of the Filipino lady has bad attitude. We spent more than $2000 for 5 pairs, it's not worth it, it's a waste of money. Not satisfied with their service.

This was the First Time I had gone to this Optometrist Location, I didn't want to be that customer with so many questions,especially because my appointment was at 12:30 and they closed at 1 p.m. But I must say with all the questions I had, Liz along with all the other staff, did a fantastic job never making me feel uncomfortable! I have been going to see opthamologists for the last 20 years and I have never visited one where I felt more comfortable or welcomed than I did at Vive this last week. The receptionists greeted me right away and were so nice and informative. The gentleman that took me back to run those tests before seeing the Doctor was very kind and we even engaged in a pleasant conversation. The Doctor herself was wonderful! I've worn contacts for 12 years well they decided that I needed a pair with astigmatism, I told the doctor no I never had that type of prescription, but apparently they can charge 60$ more for the appt if they diagnose the astigmatism, so they held onto my RX until I paid the extra sixty dollars, well now I have these horrible contacts that hurt my eyes and I do not recommend this place.

Been coming here for years. Dr. Lee is really a great optometrist. He takes his time to explain about options for other eye contact lenses and detailed information about astigmatism. He also takes extra time to get to know his patients. Great customer service. They also have a great variety of selection of great quality glasses.

Dr. Lee is my favorite optometrist. For the record, I've only had four in my life, but he's great. The rest of the staff at Vive are also incredibly welcoming. I only come about twice a year, but they always feel like family. They also have a great selection of glasses and updated technology. When I wanted to try out contacts for the first time, they were incredibly patient and helped me as I learned how to put them on properly without stabbing my eye out.

I have been to many eye Doctors and this is hands down the best!

To echo the other reviews, Dr. Lee is the bomb! Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and respectful are only a few adjectives to describe him as an exemplary eye doctor. In-depth treatment suggestions is just one example of his special touch - without a doubt, the finest eye doctor I have encountered.
As for the frames ~ great assortment of brands for every price-point. My husband went with the Dolce Gabbana's (the optician picked out the frames and he liked them immediately) and I am going with the Tom Ford's.
