This company is awesome. We had an issue with our a/c and had a service come out and look at our unit. They told us in about 10 minutes that we needed a new compressor. That ours was bad. We had previously contacted Res-Q Services and Mike called us to see what our issue was. We told him a company came out and told us we needed a new compressor. He said he was in the area and would stop by and take a look. He found a wire had burned in to causing our issue. He said he would be out to fix it as soon as he got the parts he needed. He was spot on. Came when he said he would, fixed the issue we had

We've been there customers for years we had an issue with our water heater they when they came out they sent someone very inexperienced he spent the whole time on the phone with the owner of the company didn't tell us what was wrong just said that it was gonna be over $500 to fix a valve nothing was explained when I called the owner to explained we were disappointed with the inexperience of the service man the owner told us I was irrational I'm very disappointed again we had been there customers for years and only used them this was terrible customer service.
