We have a collection of some of the best certified trainers to help you achieve your fitness goals. Aspiring to return to the roots of our original CrossFit family, we built a box based on community and respect. We strive to give back to those who help protect, teach and serve the citizens of Rio Rancho with accessible memberships and first class programming designed to challenge members to reach their prime physical fitness and beyond.

CFRR is such a great community with amazing workouts! I love being able to have a place to go to work off the stresses of the day with great people. I have visited a lot of gyms in town and in other states and none can compare to the quality of the workouts, staff and community. Highly recommend making this your home away from home.

All of the coaches here are well trained and help tailor exercises for you if you are a beginner or have an injury. Amazing gym.

We were looking for a place to drop in while visiting family in Rio Rancho. Luckily we found CF Rio Rancho. All the staff here is very welcoming and the WOD was a great workout. It's a new box so all the equipment is brand spanking new.

If you're ever in this area, check these guys out. Whatever athletic level you are, I know you'll get in a good workout. Shoutout to the staff and members alike for making us feel welcome.

Started this place last week. I love it! The staff is amazing, they are really great with first comers. Everyone there is so friendly and supportive of each other. Wonderful place. Kristie N
