I can't believe I'm giving this place only one star; I've been staying for several days and intended to stay several more. I love it for many reasons. But today I noticed one woman for the second day in a row not wearing a mask. I brought it up to a colleague who said he'd talk to her. Tonight, neither she nor another female desk clerk was wearing a mask. They said they didn't need to because they "weren't around anybody." When I told the male clerk it was unacceptable and they were endangering people, he didn't care. It's hard to believe that Woolley

This hotel was beautiful 6 years ago when we stayed here but unfortunately in that time there have been no improvements made to this property . Our room was over 200. Per night , there was a big rip in the carpet with stains in between the beds , all the furniture was scuffed and nicked on the edges, and housekeeping never cleaned our room , emptied the trash or made the beds. The free continental breakfast from 6 years ago was now 18.95 per person , the atrium landscaping was dirty and unkept as well as the furniture in the atrium was dirty and worn . We have always loved this hotel. It is quiet, clean and the rooms are VERY expansive.
This last visit, however, wasn't our favorite. We met a group of friends and all of us stayed the weekend at the hotel. So we had three different rooms. The internet did not work in ANY of our rooms, which in this day and age is just unacceptable.
It used to be that breakfast was provided when you paid to stay here, but not anymore. The gentleman who seated us wasn't very nice and we were charged $20/person to eat breakfast. That's a ridiculous amount of money for breakfast.
The only other complaint I have

The hotel was nice, but the staff was horrendous.

We had a flight cancelled and stayed here. We booked two rooms but we were only checked into one. The staff at the front desk were not attentive, and seemed put off by us being there. Definitely need new staff.

The room was nice, so that was a plus.

This place is awesome! The gentleman at the front desk was everything you would want from an establishment like this. He was super helpful, friendly, professional, his name is Devon. I even watched him deal with a high maintenance guest with ease and professionalism. Everything was clean and well presented. The rooms were well decorated, clean, and spacious. Our first night was spent in the King suite with the separate bedroom. It was beyond expectations!! We ventured out the next day but decided to return to Woolley's again where we were welcomed by Devon again. We decided to stay in the Deluxe

Hotel itself is great, but I booked for the free shuttle when I was unexpectedly stranded in Denver overnight and would not recommend picking this hotel if that is your motivation- there are lots of similar priced/location hotels that probably have better shuttle services.
When I called to let the front desk know I was 5-10 minutes away from shuttle pick up location at the airport, they insisted they couldn't send a shuttle until I was physically at the pick up point. I ended up getting there, calling, and waiting 40 more minutes (in store of being told it would be 15).
Outside of that, staff

We had to wait for a flight for several hours in Denver. We decided to get a room in this hotel to escape the cold and rest while we waited. The hotel has an inner heated courtyard where we enjoyed of a happy hour, a meal from the restaurant, a shower in the ample bathrooms. There is a pool and a gymn and a complementary breakfast which we didn't get to enjoy because of our schedule. We had a great experience. Recommended. Martha our waiter during the happy hour was very friendly despite being very busy.

I wasn't there long. Wished I could soak in the luxury, and elegance of this hotel for several days. Absolutely the best beds, pillows, and bedding of any hotel I've visited. This will be my go to spot when I'm in Denver! Can't wait to have another opportunity to stay there. They also offer parking for your personal vehicle while you're away on your flight and airport shuttle. All in all a very convenient, and enjoyable stay, keep up the good work!

From getting picked up at the airport to wine service and a little late night snack I ordered was such a breeze and inviting. I just love everything about this place. Everyone was super friendly. You can tell the staff enjoy their jobs. I definitely enjoy the interactions I’ve had with the staff. The staff 5🌟 the hotel 5🌟 the room 5🌟!!! They lobby, the dining area, the little indoor stream filled with koi fishes, the room!!! Just amazing, establishment for sure. I will definitely put the Woolly on my top 10 best hotels list that I’ve stayed at. Thank you for being so great. I’m relaxing

The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and spacious and has a lot of photo ops. The food is delicious and overall the stay was great. The soaking tubs in the bathrooms 😍😍 I love those goose down pillows and the beds are top tier comfortable. If you get the right room you have a awesome view of the mountains.
They would’ve received 5 stars but I had some minor hiccups along the way in regards to the interactions with some of the staff and the romance package that we purchased. They should offer more than just a bottle of wine and some airplane snacks for the amount it is. And I had to visit

This hotel is a dream with a creek, filled with koi fish, running through the spacious and stunning lobby. The breakfast buffet will make your mouth water for only $18 a person. The best part of this entire experience which is the MOST important was the joy that Jasmin in guest services greeted us with sending us treats and special drink vouchers. The looks don't matter in any hotel if the service is poor and as a recruiter and director, Jasmin is the reason I'm booking a trip here in another month AND recommending to my company!

We booked 3 rooms here to celebrate my son's birthday. The staff was awesome and so accommodating. They were very friendly and made my son feel special. The rooms were very nice! Beds were amazingly comfy! Those luxurious bathrooms will have me returning! My only complaint was the buffet being overpriced for what was offered. I'm not holding that against them since it would have probably been cheaper if I didn't buy the meals the day of..

Can't say enough about this hotel. A pleasant surprise among all the reviews of the other hotels near Denver Airport. Large rooms, beautiful lobby , very helpful and friendly staff. Luxurious rooms. Wasnr6sure what a Wolley hotel was but very glad I picked this one. Highly recommended and I'm in the hospitality industry so I'm picky and hard to please

My family &I have stayed here a couple times a year for the past few years. Some of the staff really go out their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Abigail is great. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, well equipped, and quiet. The pool area is nice as well. They have a great breakfast. It used to be complimentary, but now they charge. The happy hour is good, not sure if they still do, but they give a complimentary drink. I recommended a friend of ours visit. He liked what he saw and heard and booked yesterday for few days this coming week! Overall, our stays here have been relaxing

Gorgeous hotel. Inside atrium with dining, TV, and buffet (not sure if buffet is 7 days). I only went in to use the bathroom, but it was gorgeous. The bathroom serves you those super soft paper towels that lay on the counter, not those auto machines that spit out air or brown paper towels. The bathrooms are divided by solid walls and have 7 foot wooden, louvered doors. I'm sure the rooms are excellent; THE nicest extended stay Suites I've ever seen. I can't believe I'd never been to it or heard of them. I was truly impressed- and I'm a W Hotel gal.

Very nice suites and loved the huge bathrooms. I'm only giving it 4 stars because if you have a room facing the atrium you can hear all the chatter downstairs during the breakfast buffet in the morning. I also ate at the bar and my nachos were not that great. It had too much fake cheese and overly seasoned ground beef on it, which didn't sit well on my stomach and had me running back to my room. All of the staff is nice and courteous

This place was not good at all.. I'm not sure what's up with all the 5 star ratings here.

But let's start with the good!
The rooms are nice, very large, and the bed is comfortable.

The bad:
- Bring your own wireless hotspot if you need the internet.
- Bring your own soda, wine, or food if you need to eat or drink in your room. (No vending, no minibar).
- Don't expect your key card to be set up correctly the first time.
- Haul your own baggage back down 3 floors if you want staff to correct their card errors because they can't be bothered to step away from the desk.

When I think of airport hotels, I usually think about inns or simple accommodations for a quick night while traveling. I don't tend to think of places like Woolley's.

Struck by the beautiful and expansive lobby area, we were very surprised when we arrived. Checking in was efficient and they offered us a box of two chocolate chip cookies which we gladly accepted.

The room and bathroom were huge and very nicely appointed. The bed was inviting and the mattress was quite comfortable, offering us an excellent night of sleep. There was a refrigerator in the room and nice toiletries.

Wish I could give a higher score then just a five! This was our first time ever in Denver. I arrived at the front desk fighting back tears and trying to just breathe. I suffer from panic attacks and an incident just before arriving at the hotel set me in a bit of a spin.

My son was checking us in, while I looked around at the beautiful lobby and koi ponds to try and calm down. I walked up to the desk to make sure everything was okay. Devin, at the front desk noticed I was upset. He assured me, we would be taken care of during our stay and shared the highlights of the hotel, and even gave us

Best hotel experience ever!!! I've stayed at way more expensive properties that don't even come close to this place. Cookies at check in, peaceful sounds of running water, cafe string lights in the atrium, the most comfortable bed and luxurious room and bathroom ever, free WiFi and parking, and a free glass of wine for being Hotel.com gold members. I was so sad we were only here for one night!! We will 100% seek out this property next time we are in town. There was absolutely nothing that could have been better!!

This place is amazing. Amazing for a getaway. When you check in, you get a box of with 2 cookies, those cooking are REALLY delicious. The staff makes checking in so easy and convenient. The rooms are really big and beds are very comfortable and everything looks very clean. You can ask the front desk for a bath bomb to use in your room. My room had a tub and a big shower. 2 sinks in the bathroom. Really recommend this location. They te doing breakfast now starting at 6 am. The restaurant in this hotel is very good, they have happy hour 4-10 on certain days I believe and the staff in the restroom

First, I am super picky when it comes to hotels. I expect clean, quiet and good service. Wooley's was an A+ on clean and quiet. The rooms were very spacious with high ceilings and beautiful decor.

I loved the large mirrors amd and bathroom. The separate shower and tub were wonderful as well as the hot water and pressure.

The full breakfast buffet was great with made to order omelets that were delicious!

The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because I never felt welcome by the front desk staff. There were usually 4 people there and they didn't want to look up at me when I walked

Wow! Book a room here! We were traveling thru Denver and trying to find a place near the airport. This popped up and I had never heard of it. I'm so glad we took the time to check into the details - it's a wonderful hotel with a free shuttle to the airport. First and foremost the decor is beautiful - the exterior is a villa style with a Spanish tile roof. It's probably one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in within the US for under $160. I believe it's a subsidiary of embassy suites and the only location in the US right now.

When you walk into the lobby, you are

So... this is the first time I booked a place almost based solely on reviews on yelp and elsewhere. I did NOT regret it! I paid a total of 136$ after taxes and fees on Expedia.
The reason I wouldn't normally pick this hotel is silly but first, the actual style of the rooms ... it's just not my thing. Also, there is no jacuzzi.... and it's about the same rate as hotels in the direct area.. some less, some more..

When you first walk in you hear water and see greenery and just feel relaxed... beautiful lobby.. I have seen embassy suites set up the same and have always loved the
