TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT USE!!!
If you have some conflict with your booking, they are not there to help their customers. Instead they Just take the money and wipe their hands clean. I had to communicate with an automated robot who answers texts in a vague and unprofessional manner. There is noone to talk with if you have a problem.
Very disappointed - Will never use them again.

August 6,2021 I booked a Hotel reservation in Decatur, TX for September 4,2021 to September 11,2021. Confirmation and Terms and Conditions of reservation was emailed. I read everything. It stated that I could cancel my reservation at any time with no cancelation fee.
Ok September 3,2021we head to Texas. Early morningof September 4, 2021 approximately 5am we arrive at hotel we reserved. Check in isn't till at least 3pm. I went into office to pay for the room. Then went to dad's house. Dad took us to breakfast. We took off driving all over to see what's around there.

I was a bit torn between 3 and 4 stars but it is very popular so 4.
I have stayed here a few times and they have wifi, flat screen TV, hairdryers etc. Some rooms have ultra king size beds you could get all your mates in. The almost 3 was that I once had an inside room and no window. It had a fan which was very noisy and it was still incredibly stuffy.
The do have a gym and swimming pool were you can tire yourself out though. 20% off in the restaurant if you are a guest.
A lot of folk go to Damons just to eat. Some stay over too.
They are very Americanised and the food shows that. Barbecue ribs
