I would be very disappointed in the food if we had not had a hotel credit pay for most of our meals. Lacked a lot of flavor and depth for the caliber of the hotel. Service was very mediocre---I think with how the wall is divided it makes it difficult for servers to see if someone is waiting to check in. Our wait time to get seated for both dinner and brunch was very long--despite an almost empty restaurant. Once seated, our server--especially for brunch--was great and attentive.

Free breakfast by using Amex Platinum's special deal with Hilton hotels, but I would have been happy for pay for it. Price was reasonable even if it wasn't comped and quality was excellent. The only negative is that service is a little slow.

Great experience at this restaurant. Watching south Denver at twilight through those large windows over dinner is lovely. The meal was delicious and beautifully presented. The server was doting but not overboard. Cocktails here are beautifully presented as well. Definitely want to go back to try brunch. The menu looks very interesting.

We went for dinner the first night we got to the hotel. The food was good but the service was meh as they were about to close within the hour and they made it clear and we felt rushed. The next night I went to the bar 30 minutes before they closed for just a glass of wine and was ignored while the staff was joking around for 10 min until they finally took my order and seemed annoyed about that.

We attended the FIRE restaurant while staying at the Art Hotel in Denver this past weekend…we had a great experience! We ate breakfast each day we were there and dinner the first night of our stay…we thought the food was great! Options were limited, per usual for a high end restaurant, but the options were really good ones. What I will add is if we were not Amex Platinum members and Hilton Gold Members, we likely would not have attended this restaurant based off prices…we have really great benefits with those so it paid off. My husband and I rarely go to high end restaurants but for a special

The avocado toast was so good! It was the by far the tastiest I've ever had. My husband really liked the tomato bisque and grilled cheese. The bottomless mimosas were also very good!

This was hard. We came here on Amex perks. After dinner last night we were going to give 3 stars. To be fair they have kept people working while they remodel their restaurant so the menu is limited. The staff is AMAZING. Breakfast was absolutely 5 stars. The choices were more our style. Again the staff was AMAZING. Dinner we had the 48 hour short rib and a grilled ceasar salad. I had the burger and fries and an onion tart. Like I said it was "okay." Breakfast I had avocado toast which was beaand tasted so good. So many textures with the variety of veggies and egg on it. I also tried the blueberry

My wife and I came in for dinner and had the best service we've had in a long time. Kendra was our waitress I believe and she was the most accomodating and delightful person! That on top of the food being absolutely delicious made us without a doubt future repeat customers!

A "C" student really trying hard for a "B" grade. Special location, great patio space, nice inside seating, friendly service.

The food however...not bad certainly, but not at the level you would expect based on where you are. Much of the food was very salty.

Also, dump the plastic sheet covers for your wine lists...that is very low-rent. Additionally, there are two glaring typos on your menu that we saw in the first few minutes...and they are digital menus-so come on.

If we stayed at the hotel again, we would probably eat here again.

We were staying at the Art Hotel and through our Amex, we got $100 food and beverage credit during our stay. In addition, my husband is Hilton Diamond so we had an extra $48 breakfast credit for the 2 days we were there. This review covers their HH and breakfast.
Ambiance: very open, large windows that let in a lot of natural lighting. Nice patio, but every time we tried to sit outside it was closed due to a "private event" but it didn't look like anything was going on.
Food: for HH, we really enjoyed the flatbread with steak. The sliders were with STALE bread. Very bland and dry

I'm surprised by the negative reviews on this site. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Arrived for dinner, originally asked to sit outside but it started to rain. The wait staff was extremely accommodating, quickly moved us inside.

We shared a plate of shishito peppers as an appetizer, they were excellent. For entrees we ordered the halibut and risotto, all of the food was outstanding. Cocktails were excellent as well, especially the Jackson Pollock- very creative, flavors blended perfectly. The La Joya cocktail was also very good.

Special shout out to our waiter, Matthew. He was

DONT DO IT.
This place has fraudulent practices when it comes to charges. Our party of 3 ordered a couple drinks and plates. We were given the wrong check at the end of the evening. I pointed it out and was told it was voided. The new check was also wrong so I went back again and spoke with server and manager. I was assured it was taken care of. Now about a month later my friends AMEX still has the incorrect charges. The management and serving staff are lackadaisical and of no help to resolve the matter. Would you want decent meal but issues when paying for said meal? Might as well be terrible

Y'all! This restaurant took the best care us, the picture of southern hospitality in Denver! Our waitress was Tina and she was FIRE, pun intended. We got the halibut and the salmon would highly recommend that and the house rose! We almost ate here for breakfast and the hash browns are a must and the pancakes are very good!

I was able to have breakfast at this hip, trendy hotel restaurant. I arrived at 8 and left at nearly 10 a.m.. the food was excellent though it seemed it have been sitting a while. From ordering to receiving my breakfast took almost an hour. There were numerous apologies, it's on the way, I'm sorry I forgot to bring your coffee, sorry I forgot to bring your sugar, sorry I didn't remember to bring the spoon you asked for, I forgot to bring water. You get the picture... this place was not ready for full service for guests. I was embarrassed for them. It seemed like an ordinary set of

Very nice venue, beautiful art and decor . Food is bland and the service is poor.
The bartender ruined our night with his terrible attitude. He ordered us to stand to the right of the bar to wait to be seated by a non-existing host. The place was empty and he appeared to be very condescending and bossy towards us and other customers. We felt unwelcome and disrespected by this bartender's demeanor.

This was a great hotel choice in the Denver area. My sister and I stayed recently. Check in and Valet were both a breeze. The lighting in our room was not great and that is probably my biggest complaint with the place. If you don't plan on being in the room much, which we weren't I suppose it's fine but I think they need to update the lighting situation.

This is central to everything we did in the city and the shortest walk to the museums.

I loved all the Art and do wish some of the pieces had been accessible during our visit but they were using banquet rooms for storage apparently

I recently stayed at this hotel on a business trip in Denver. As a Diamond Member for Hilton properties I have stayed at many of their properties over the years. Typically The Curio Collection is a level above their other brands. On my stay I booked a corner room with a Mountain View. Overall the room was ample in size and had nice amenities. I will admit that the hotel seemed rather tired. It felt like an update was needed in the restaurant and the rooms. It wasn't terrible but not at the Curio level based upon recent experiences at other properties. I wish I could give more stars but it

The highlight of our visit here was the crab cake appetizer for Restaurant Week and the lady who I assume was the manager who kept checking on us/picking up the slack from our server. Other than that.. it was miss...

I have to admit that I was super disappointed with our first visit here. Although the outside patio was great and the interior art was really cool to look at, the rest was less satisfactory.. our server wasn't friendly (and I'm a big fan of customer service). It took him 15 mins to say hi to us we sat down and another 15 to bring drinks over. My problem with that is that

We always go here to celebrate our anniversary. 2nd floor deck, open space with many operable doors opened to open deck, with large exotic fire pit and amazing ambiance is how we like to start our anniversary celebration. This place can really make an awesome early to late evening get together with friends.
Food is good, small portions but well prepared. Small menu and good quality cocktails which sometimes they can't execute it well. One of the rare places that has Negroni on their happy hour menu for $5. Outdoor deck can't be reserved but the indoor area is open for reservation and

We came here to celebrate our anniversary and overall, we had a phenomenal experience. Tina our server was fantastic! We could tell that she was busting her butt to make sure that all of her tables were taken care of, while bar tending, and bussing tables as well. The pace of our meal was definitely slower, but it was great with beautiful ambiance!

We had The Brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries for an appetizer. My husband had the pork chop and said it was amazing. I had the salmon and it was dry and bland, I would not recommend!

I stayed at the Art Hotel and this is the onsite restaurant and bar. The organization I was with hosted a happy hour at the hotel. Drink was good, staff was ok and the weather was AWESOME(May2019). I went back for dinner a few nights later and my waitress Tina was super nice. I ordered Hanger Steak, fries and a salad. When she brought the steak out I was looking at it like, "Ummm, where's the beef? I am not going to get full off this." Once I finished it was a different story. I was full AND it was cooked to perfection. They are a little pricey but so is the hotel they reside
