I searched the apartment’s website from out of state and used the virtual tour. The leasing agent, Flor helped me every step of the way. I literally did everything via email, text, and by phone. Flor helped my transition go smoothly. The ladies in the office and maintenance are very friendly and helpful.

Lived here for a couple of years and had to move out due to new roommate. I'm sure I would have stayed there if I didn't have to move. The people were nice and I never had any issues with noise and safety. I could only give 4 stars because I wasn't able to install washer and dryer since the kitchen was too small to maneuver the appliances in.

I have never been happier with an apartment complex. Wellington Place is excellent! Patty is an amazing manager. The office staff has been wonderful too. The maintenance crew is the best! We just moved here a month ago, and it's so comfortable, quiet, clean, peaceful and secured. This will be my forever home in Coppell. It's a great community!!

Updated post 6/14/2019: (DO NOT RENT IN THE BACK AREA, SEVERE FLOODING OCCURS, please ask what area you will be in before signing your lease) It's been 3 months since my roommate and I called Wellington Place our home, we once felt it was a safe environment BUT that was far from the truth. Our apartment is located in the very back area where there is severe dangerous flooding every time it rains. We were told by Sandra a machine would come to pump out the water during rain storms, but after 3 months of not seeing these machines, I was told by another leasing agent the City of Coppell no longer

This place is not worth your money, you will not have peace of mind here, flooding is extremely bad, this is a dangerous place to live and management only sends emails about moving your cars, what they won't tell you before signing your lease there is extreme flooding in the back area, which is the worst area to live, don't rent in that area. You will be told it's your fault you decided to rent the back apartment although the staff knows there is a bad flooding situation in the back, this has been going on for years, I wish the residents would have left real reviews about this place, I would have

After looking at 3 other apartment complexes to call home. I think I found my perfect match, really loved the area! this is perfect for me and my daughter. Sandra was so nice and helpful!! She explained everything to me. The other places had attitudes and made it seem like I was unwelcome. Sandra really made it seem like I was at home! Thank you so much, will definitely move in!
