Cross Creek is THE most dog-centric apartment community in Texas. Cross Creek proudly accepts ALL BREEDS of dogs, ALL SIZES, and up to 3 dogs per apartment (but no aggressive dogs). Cross Creek has been designed to meet the needs of dog parents through a combination of unique features in every apartment, exceptional dog-focused amenities on the property, and numerous dog-related community services and events.
Every apartment at Cross Creek comes with a doggy door that directly leads to either your private fenced yard or your private porch relief system so your pup can get out to take care of business any time it needs to. Every apartment at Cross Creek comes with a pet-focused tech package that helps address a pet parent's concerns when you are away from your apartment.

Services
Pet policy: We understand your furry friends are family, therefore we accept ALL breeds and sizes! Three pets maximum. Pet Deposit is $200 per pet. Pet Fee is $400 per pet. The monthly Pet Rent is $25. We do not have weight or breed restrictions. Please contact our office today to learn more about our community and to talk about your furry friends!

The one star I gave is for me liking my apartment given that this is my first one. I am beyond disappointed from the unprofessional responses and mannerisms from management and leasing agents towards my concerns. I had stayed in my apartment since mid March of this year and have continuously been having issues with many things with my apartment. Down to the ants and bugs and different types of rodents sneaking and entering through cracks throughout my apartment walls from my patio and under my front door, management and maintenance has shown below minimal efforts to follow up and make sure everything

Cross Creek seems like a very nice place and we are actually moving in this week which is even more exciting!! From the moment we stepped onto this property, they were very nice, welcoming and professional with that lovely southern charm. Ashley has been very helpful, she responds very quickly to our emails about the unit we will be leasing and she has helped the excitement for our move grow even more the closer we get. If you are looking for a place to move, I highly recommend Cross Creek. Although I didn't schedule a tour and did a walk in. Ashley was very welcoming which is more than what I can say about the other complexes on the same street. (Who wouldn't tour me without a scheduled tour shame on you) She was very attentive and answered all my questions. I will be leasing here when I get ready to move in March. Very professional, very much impressed! Thank you, Ashley, for your time, patience and making me feel so welcomed.

We’ve been living here at Cross Creek since January of this year & I ABSOLUTELY love it! Elisha has been such a great help & made this whole experience painless. Anything I need help with or any concerns are immediately handled, they are all very kind and professional. Maintenance is amazing, Alejandro is very fast and efficient. They are all very respectful of your home and privacy. This is a great place to live!

I have moved every year for the past 8 years and hands down this is the best apartment experience I have ever had! The staff is exceptional, the perks of living here are astounding, and the level of professional upkeep to the property has been consistently impressive. We have been residents here for almost 7 months, and any time we have had an issue or concern every single person on staff here has been extremely diligent and prompt to not only address the matter but to remedy it with all kindness and care. Everyone has welcomed us making our move from Cali to Texas feel like a wonderful place to call home. They also take extra care and consideration to always offer our son Luke a treat or a goody anytime we go into the office. We are thankful for the staff and highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to rent!

This is my second year at Cross Creek. My husband and I really enjoy living here. The area is great for constant travelers as it’s only a few minutes from DFW airport. Main Street Grapevine is not far at all, as well as being right next to Grapevine Mills Mall. We have a great walking trail with pretty greenery. I appreciate the trees on property, and how it’s all not just cement. It’s very dog friendly, everyone seems to have a dog. Pretty pool area with comfy lounge chairs, updating gym equipment with new management, happy with all if it so far! Staff is friendly, responsive, and very helpful
