I have lived here for almost 3 years and it has been an amazing experience. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and nice when I come in to address any concerns or ask questions. The amenities are exceptionally nice - I enjoy using the club house to host family gatherings and its a very nice set up with kitchen and bar. The pool and gazebo area has state of the art grills and large screen tv on wall for lounging with a long bar for socializing outdoors. The Gym is always nice and clean.

This review is for the property as well as Tori, the leasing consultant. What an unbelievably amazing experience.
I'm relocating from Southern California to Dallas for work. I have reviewed probably 45-50 apartments online, and visited eight. To say I'm over the whole checking out apartment would be an understatement.
Tori conveyed a very warm vibe the moment my friend and I walked in. I already knew which apartment I wanted to see as I had done my homework. I think she appreciated this, as we were able to streamline the questions.

I lived in Terrawood Apartments for a year; it is located in good place, and is just in walking range of Grapevine Mall, and just 6 miles from the DFW International Airport. Overall, my experience is above the average; few cases would be mentioned about the place: sometime, they are slow to clean the inside the hall, but it is not so much shabby when somebody comes and cleans all. The amenities are great and pool is not saltwater as some would claim. It is clean all the times. About dogs, some residents fail to collect after their dogs do the thing. Parking space is ample and many spaces are unoccupied

Beautiful apartments. Lovely amenities. The coffee machine is not always working 100%, but they have a good selection of teas and little sweets beside it.
Maintenance is timely and well done.
👎the call machine to get in the gate has terrible sound and it is impossible to understand what is being said on the other side of the line. Needs to be changed out/upgraded.

Wow, I cannot say enough good things about this place. It's in an amazing location, right next to the Grapevine Mills Mall, and it is absolutely beautiful. They are very responsive via email, and when I went in with my husband, a very pretty blonde woman gave us a tour. The pool was beautiful, and the apartments were so cute. Everyone on the front office was so welcoming, but the girl who gave us a tour was fantastic. I can't remember her name, Tina maybe? She was lovely. I can't wait to move in!

Lived there 201904 to 202010, it's good experience living in apt#2306, appliance and countertop and bath are decent, quiet refrige&neighbor&AC, close free parking. Only concern come from morning bird singing in spring.
If you ask me will i choose to live there again when needed, my answer is yes.
I'm writing this review cause I found it so hard to find a valuable apt in San Diego, feel perhaps that I had a good stay in Grape.

I currently live at the Terrawood apartments and I'm absolutely disappointed with how things are done at Terrawood. I'm not the only resident here that has the same complaints or other concerns.
First and foremost, we are in unit 1117, which is right NEXT to the leasing office and we are constantly being watched by the staff members.
When we first moved into unit 1117 we thought it would be great for me since I had knee surgery twice and would have easy access to the common areas. NOPE. Everything has been 100% blocked off from our side because of "COVID". Yet, they walk in

I went in to the office wanting to get a little information about the property as I am looking to move soon, I waited for 15 min for anyone to acknowledge me, The only person that was there was the assistant manger Jillian Patterson she seemed very uninterested in talking to me about their availability. As I sat at her desk asking her questions she ignored me while highlighting a site map for me...then gave me a little folder of random floorplans and her card, not even the floor plan I had asked about that I saw on there website and no rent prices, also refused to tour me do to the "rain"... it

We moved in September 1 and I can say the process was super simple and easy. The staff addressed our concerns with ease.
The only concern they could not effectively address is that the previous tenant had an animal (cat or dog) in their apartment which the cleaning service seemed to not remove all of the pet hair. We have a 1 year old daughter and did not want her around the unknown hair whatsoever. The office had the cleaning crew come out and do another extensive cleaning of our unit, yet there were still spots (near the oven,under the sink cabinet, some window sills)where the hair still lingered

We loved our stay at Terrawood! I would like to give a huge shoutout to the Maintenance team here. They are always working hard and are very friendly when you see them in the community. The management team is also very respectful when assessing the apartment upon move out and they do not charge for unnecessary items. The pool is beautiful and they just renovated the fitness center. I highly recommend living here.

I'm apartment hunting, so I don't live here (yet), but I was able to tour it this past weekend. Even with the coronavirus and social distancing, everything was FANTASTIC. The clubhouse and grounds were clean and the model apartment was beautiful (shout to the designer).
The young lady who worked in the office was very kind and gave me every bit of information I needed to know, and then some. Hoping for a specific floorplan to come available in the timeframe I need it, but I really hope to call this place "Home" in the near future.

Occasion: my wife and I were looking for an apartment to rent as we were new into the dfw area.
Pros: great decor. Great staff. Great location. Brilliant complex.
Cons: dates and availability is difficult at times. Apartments not as spacious as other complexes in the area. Other complexes were more modern.
Bottom line: great location, great complex. Unfortunately our move in dates didn’t match as we needed to move in immediately at the time and we couldn’t live out of a suitcase / hotel for a month. But we will move to this complex if we haven’t settled down for a home as the community

Giving this place a pre rating. 5 stars because the staff is super nice, the grounds are very well kept, photos match real life expectations and everything so far is good. I do recommend this place if you can afford it. Only negative is parking maybe be hard to find past 5pm, but the walking is not far.
