Stayed here for two years, was a fantastic first apartment. Maintenance was always able to quickly fix any problems once I raised them, the staff was always super helpful and friendly, the move-in and move-out processes were super straightforward and went smoothly.
Overall couldn't have asked for a better experience from Terri Eager and the team here.

My family & I have lived here for 4 years & we absolutely LOVE it! It feels like a neighborhood, with children always running around playing, neighbors cooking out together & people stopping to chat as they walk their dogs. We have lived in several other apartments throughout the years & Cobblestone Village is by far our favorite!
As for the manager, Terri... she has been AMAZING. You have to be tough to manage any property & unfortunately this can be misinterpreted by some. A good manager is tough, but kind... a great manager has compassion as well & Terri is the greatest I've ever encountered

I have lived here for six years now. When Rene was here managing the property, everything was awesome! She was personable, kind, attentive, and understood that people lived their lives here. Over the last few years, since Terri has taken over, there are a lot of very unhappy people. Communication is non-existent, maintenance is a joke, my apartment has some very deep cracks from where the foundation has shifted, Terri is difficult at best to talk to, and she very much doesn’t give a flying pig’s rear for the people that live here. It’s heartbreaking and pushing me to have to move elsewhere

These apartments are amazing! Pest free! I'm pretty young so I like to play at the park, all of the kids were really nice. The staff is great! They don't mind if we little chat. There also VERY quick with maintenance, my mom talked to them on the phone, and they came the next day! In my old apartments we had to wait weeks and once a whole month!
Though this place is just wonderful, I have one down. When I sleep, I hear firetruck alarms, and I'm a light sleeper so I wake up. (But how can they even change that?) Other than that the place is amazing, I currently live there, and were not thinking

Wonderful Office Team! I am a Assistant Recruiting Manager for a Dallas Staffing Firm and one of the residents there broke their phone right before a very important phone interview. I was able to get in touch with this apartment office staff (Cobblestone Village Apartments) and spoke with a wonderful woman who ensured me she would go to his unit and let him know we were able to reschedule the tenants phone interview and she assured me that he would be able to use their office to take the call which involved her arriving an hour early to work for him to have access on time! Great place with real
