Last year, I was trying out a few fitness options & Zen Den was one of the first places I found via a Google search. It was close to home and easy online registration for the walk-in fee. As soon as I walked in, Kelli (the owner) was so warm and welcoming. The members were friendly & this body (which hadn't done yoga in over 6 months at the time) felt challenged but meditative in the studio. I bought a punchcard that day and have been a member ever since. A beautiful hidden gem on the East Side - check it out!

Kelli and her crew of awesome yogis make up this awesome yoga community. Almost a year since I found Zen Den and I cannot get enough except for when a bit under the weather or work interferes. Power, vinyasa, pilates, slow flow and kids yoga - there's a class for all!

As a yoga novice but someone who has been to a few gyms in her day, there are a number of things I appreciate about Zen Den. The website was easy to navigate and they have online payment for classes, cutting down on the extra stuff you have to do to get started. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming with tons of natural light. Starting at a new gym can be intimidating because it's hard to get oriented and everyone else seems to have a routine - not so here. The pricing is as good or better than others in the area, and the "punch card" is more flexible than most which is important
