Nacho Yoga
Nacho yoga's mission is to teach and inspire yoga into everyone's life. To serve the busy working professional, the uninspired go-getter, the not-so-flexible yoga is not for me gentleman, the injured or retired athlete, etc. To explore mindful movements and to shape your nacho yoga into a feeling and look that is unique to your body. My yoga is nacho yoga!

I have been a client of Karen's for a few years now. It only took one of her classes for me to be hooked! She has so much knowledge that she can quickly change our routine to accommodate for anyone with injury or muscle pain, and regularly comes around to adjust our form during class. I use yoga to balance interval training and power lifting, and it really has made a big difference in muscle recovery, flexibility, and endurance/power for my lifts. I highly recommend trying yoga under the sun in the park with Karen for both a restorative and strengthening workout!

I had a great experience at Nacho Yoga. Karen is amazing and she adds her personal touch to everything. You will feel "nachofied " by the end. And that's a great thing!! Namaste
