It’s my first time at Nara Optometry and the overall experience was great. Winnie was super friendly, she walked me through the whole process patiently since I brought my 2-year-old with me. Winnie also checked to see if there was any rebate for my contact lense order. As soon as the contact lenses arrived, I got a call from her.
I’m really happy with the service there and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Hi, my name is Duc Nang. I am a long term customer at Nara Optometry in Garden Grove. A couple weeks ago, I came to Nara to order a new pair of glasses. I was helped by Wennie. She greeted me kindly and politely. She really showed care and was enthusiastic to assist me through out the finding glasses as well as ordering process. I was very please and happy with her service. I would absolutely give her an A+.
I have also noted that besides Winnie, the rest of the staff are very kind and helpful, too.

I could not get a copy of my own medical records. They said my prescription expired 9/24 (which is the day I called- so it was technically still valid that day). And because the SYSTEM listed it as “expired”, they could not give it to me, a copy of my own personal records (I was not asking to fill the prescription at all).

I have been going here for about 7ish years. Recently I came here to get my vision checked and get brand new glasses. Everything went smooth and well until I came to pick up my new glasses. When I put them on, I realized my vision was more blurred than usual. When I asked how much the prescription was, it was different than my usual prescription. After expressing my concern the lady continued to be rude and gave me a second check with the optometrist. She then told me that it was because of my astigmatism. I do not have astigmatism. I went to check for that recently with my PCP (primary care physician
