Amazing staff all around and incredibly patient despite the situation!
I am incredibly afraid of putting on contacts but I wanted to try it out before I gave it up before trying. So when I was helped out to learn how to put on contacts, I was having issues putting on contacts. I spent what must have been half an hour yet the staff sat patiently, eased my concerns, and had been only incredibly supportive!
That was just one situation, this kind of event is merely just one part of an environment that barely encompasses the entirety of what this place has been for years!
