Jim Burak who runs JBIS Home Inspection provides top of the line service and Flexibility. Jim was recommended to us by our realtor as one of the best home inspectors in Charlottesville. Jim was recommended by my realtor and inspected our new home. Being out of state I was unable to attend the inspection and had to rely on Jim’s report. I was extremely satisfied with the amount of detail in his report as well as the simplicity and clarity. There were pictures for every item listed and a detailed description. He was very thorough and took the time to explain not only the areas that he wanted us to be aware of but also what areas were in really good shape.
