While my experience with my doctor here has always been positive, I cannot say the same for the receptionists. When I’ve called with questions regarding a contacts order or an inquiry about purchasing a pair of frames, even when I’ve called regarding my insurance coverage (standard questions most receptionists should be used to receiving and unbothered about) I’ve been met with consistent rudeness and uppity behavior. I was practically shunned and hung up on when I called about using a third party service to order my contact lenses most recently due to the high costs. I’m disappointed in

After having spent the summer having two cataracts surgeries and many follow up appointments. Many weeks I am very grateful that FEC found an opening for me one morning after I had experienced a throbbing eye throughout the night. Of course, I was quite worried it had to do with the surgeries. Nope, all is good. issue found, and my anxiety alleviated.

I had just fired my previous optometrists and was looking for a new one. Carries the brands I like: CHECK. Accepts my vision plan: CHECK. Got me scheduled just a few days out. Even when I messed up and missed my appointment, they got me rescheduled for the next day. Everyone there was pleasant and agreeable.

I really enjoy seeing Dr. Scoggins! My 5 year old son was heading to kindergarten last year and needed his very first pair of glasses. I had many questions, which she answered thoroughly and patiently. She made the experience a good one for us both. She was so good with him, as well as my 9 year old daughter. The staff was awesome helping us pick out attractive kid glasses that he actually wears without a problem. I have been a patient there for years, but really appreciate that my children are in good hands as well. I recently saw Dr. Price and she was super nice as well. Good Job to all 👏🏾

I bought glasses from Fairway Eye Center. Apparently my left glasses lens was NOT centered correctly. Now I have an astigmatism in my left eye. Due to their lack of attention to detail, They've made my eyes worse and have to deal with astigmatism that was not there prior to visiting their office. I could never recommend an office that is responsible for making my eye sight significantly worse.

I am a huge fan of Fairway Eye Centers in Leawood, KS. I've been for yearly checkups and was most recently seen for a medical issue.
Most recently, I was checked in, seen, and sent on my way before my scheduled appointment even began! Great service!

Fairway Eye Center sends me text reminders for my appointments, which is appreciated. I went in last year for a new look, tortoise shell frames, something I would have never thought of. The staff was great to help me pick out the right ones for my face. I had recent appointment last week and was looking for some new sunglasses. The doctor was great, the receptionist helped with pricing questions (I asked for a lot of comparisons) with no problem. I finally landed on a new pair of RX sunglasses that I'm excited to wear.
