To be honest I’m going to start off with saying the salon is sanitary, and the employees here are make you feel comfortable for the most part. But I got a regular mani+pedi yesterday and my nails have already chipped and are completely discolored; I can see my nail though the polish. Looks like they were done weeks ago. The idea of a nail salon is there, but the manicurist needs more experience. I would avoid. Again this is after only one day; nails completely fell apart; poor quality. $30 + tip is outrageous I want to cry.

I walked in and stated I wanted regular acrylic and regular pedicure. They took it upon themselves to do gel and whatever else they wanted. I showed a picture and my nails looked not even a TINY bit like I asked in the picture. They also lied about Andy not working there anymore and stated he’s on vacation after somebody else told me he no longer works there. They will never see me again.

If I can put no stars that's what I would do worst experience ever Im a licensed cosmetologist and I do my own pedicures but I'm 7 months pregnant and can't reach my feet any more so I went to them and asked for a callus removal pedicure and the lady didn't do what I wanted as if she was patting a babies bottom. And expected me to pay for the full price of the callus removal. The owner asked me if I wanted them to do it again I said yes. Then when they sat me down he told me pay for a regular pedicure and don't ever come back. So disrespectful. I will never go back and don't advise anyone to go

Poor customer service, SO rude and sloppy work. I got my nails done with Ella who got mad at me for not liking the color SHE CHOSE FOR ME. After that she rushed through the whole process. My nails are not even, the design is so sloppy, she cut me and couldn’t even fix a chipped nail I had. So now I have all square nails with the one chipped that she didn’t care to fix. I am a regular customer and always book with Ella but this experience is the worst by far. You would think they would treat their regular customers with extra care but NO they don’t. I am never going back there. Well actually
