Rich left no stone unturned, and he delivered a timely and thorough report. As we walked through, if I had a question he would pause and make sure everything was clear before we moved on. After the report he was kind enough to recommend a few home-care tips that were specific to the home we viewed. Rich's breadth of knowledge and experience in the trades really shows.

Rich was VERY helpful throughout the process. Even before we got to the house, he gave great advice through the phone. At the home, he spent 2 hours going over everything in great detail and answered any questions I had. This is my 3rd home purchase and I have seen quite a few inspectors and Rich has been by far the best. He is very knowledgable and has been in the business for quite some time. I highly recommend Rich to anyone looking for a home inspector.

We bought a home over the summer. Friend referred me to I-Spy after they had a positive experience, and WOW did they deliver. Joe was so friendly, thorough, responsive, and professional.....I emailed him probably a dozen times after the inspection to follow up on some loose ends, and he always replied quickly and even offered to swing by if he was in the area.
I believe it's 100% worth it to hire a high-quality inspector and to not cheap out.

We had the pleasure of having Rob do our home inspection. He was punctual, professional and very helpful. He patiently went through the house with me, explaining anything that was problematic or not up to code. He was meticulous and thorough and went over the house from attic to basement. It was so refreshing to work with someone who was not only professional and knowledgeable but so nice and personable as well. I did inspection from this company. As per report, house has some cosmetic issues. I was totally unaware of complete inspection process. While maintenance we found lots of things which can be easily recognizable by inspector and which is not as per law. For example, gas meter was inside house which is against Massachusetts law. But neither inspector specified anything in document nor he catch these kind of problems
