Van Spa & Nails

I went in for a refill and asked for the same shape of the red nails. I have never had such a bad experience in a nail salon. This is what I got and when I told the lady that was not what I asked for she said it was the shape of my nail. I still don't understand what square with rounded corners has anything to do with my own nails they charged me full price $23 and didn't even paint my nails. I went across the street to Regal Nails and they fixed my nails. DO NOT GO to VAN Spa terrible customer service

I've been going to Van's for several years and they got it right every time. I walked in there a few times with needing a broken acrylic nail fixed and they did a good job. My most recent manicure for NYE was getting my acrylic removed and having a simple gel mani. Even though I waited, the manager gave me a few dollars off and my nails look good. I've gotten their pedicures as well and have always enjoyed them.

I went there 1 month ago and i really liked my nails so I went there again this morning. I have no problem waiting 15 minutes but this time I had to wait around 20-30 minutes, they moved from chairs 3 times. The lady that did my nails didn’t seem to know how to, she was shaking her hands which made them look uneven. I am definitely going to a different place from now on. Sometimes they’re good sometimes not.

So me and my mom came here to get a mani pedi and when we first walked in a person sat us in a chair so you would think oh perfect were about to get started. Nope. We waited 15 min. Then I saw a girl walk in and get seated for a pedi. She immediately got started. Like that is ridiculous. I would also like to add that the place was crowded. The employees could of at least told us they were running behind. When me and my mom walked out the lady who checked us in said "Sorry" in such a sarcastic way. I will not be returning if this is what I get every time. This is ridiculous. Don't

I normally go here & they do a great job, but today I left very discouraged. The nail lady was rude, that the girl getting her nails done next to me even wished me “good luck” as she left because of how she spoke to me. I asked for almond and got oval. They’re all different lengths and shapes. Came home and tried filing them myself because under the nail she left acrylic build up. Definitely will not be keeping these for long. My nails were very long and healthy and now I have to start the process of growth again.

Paid 32.00 for basically a polish change. No hand bath, no massage, no cuticle touch up.... Didn't even smooth edges. It was so rough it snagged my tights. He could not even make my nail length even.
Showed him a picture and could not get my glitter right. I will give him credit for the French , looked even and straight
Even with that, I will not go there again

I went in for a manicure and a pedicure and my manicure was perfect. I have never been so happy with my nails in my life. Vanessa was my tech and I would high recommend her to everyone. Personally I give her 5 stars. Unfortunately another woman did my pedicure and she was awful. Not only did she scrap up all of my toes and I left with bleeding toes but she continued to spray rubbing alcohol on them and it burned so bad. I will go back for a manicure from Vanessa but will never go back for a pedicure. All of my toes hurt so bad even days later

I keep giving this place chances and sometimes they can be great. But today I am so so disappointed in Vans. I always like having my nails match my toes and understand getting dip nail it might be a little different but..... completely different shades???? See photo!!!!
Jenny was my nail tech today and definitely does not like her job. Worst tech ever!!!!! Not happy that she had to get off her phone and do her job! Asked for a design and she forgot. Asked if it was the right color after pointing out the difference 3 times, she said it's a little different..... maybe save your tips for glasses

My daughter and I have struggled to find a nail salon, and this week (with a beach trip coming up) the situation was desperate. A former employee recommended this salon so we took a chance. It did not disappoint. My nails came out great and the design is just like the pic I gave her. My daughter loves hers too. Not too thick with the dip powder and smooth as silk. Will Def be back. Only complaint is the price. Yikes! But I will chalk it up to getting what you pay for...

First and last time I go to this place, the lady was such in a bad mood when I told her I wanted regular basic gel, I didn't want to get the one she suggested me ( of course more expensive) manicure and pedicure terrible as well.

It wasn't just great it was a wonderful experience. I had the aloe gel pedicure. it was such a delightful experience. I'm definitely coming back. Thank you Mian, your great .

I have been coming to Van Spa for over 3 years. Today I was looking at colors trying to compare the corals and the nail tech said that I was too difficult and she wanted me to find someone else! I can't believe the way I was treated. I have never been one to complain about mistakes or to ask for anything extravagant.

Great work, great prices, wonderful massage chairs. Ask for T. She does great work and does brows, lashes, nails and pedicures.
Tip her well she deserves and she is very meticulous.

I really like this nail salon. I have gone there often on and off for years since Living in Florida. And I can say I have never had an issue. They’re always very nice, things are very clean and this most recent time I had John give me a full set and he did a wonderful job. The prices are also very reasonable. Being a cosmetologist I know how Important it is with service and cleanliness. I really like going to this place

Trash, absolute trash! Don't even waste your time. I went here once, wasn't thrilled with my nails but they stayed intact for 3 weeks which was great. So I decided to give them another try. After this past time I will never go back. I'm so upset, I literally cried for an hour. I wouldn't have paid what I paid but after sitting there for 2+ hours just for my nails I was done. I'm gonna post pictures of what I wanted vs what I got. I'm beyond pissed and will be paying MORE money I don't have to get them taken off and redone because these will not be on my fingers

I got an awesome pedicure basic French tip $35. Average price I believe. I also have 2 teenagers who got full sets of nails. 1 gel 1 regular. I thought was kind of pricey. $40 & $53. They did turn out nice this time though.

My first visit and I had a very bad experience. I did email them personally first before making a bad review but of course I never heard from them so hopefully this will catch someone's attention! I came in for a pedi and full set. The pedi was great but my full set was not. Not only did I spend $107 which is no biggie if everything was great but my finger was completely sliced open and it's only been 3 days and I have nails coming up and almost falling off! I did not receive any type of discount for the big slice on my finger nor have they contacted me! Extremely disappointed and more

Well, I've been going to Van Spa for 4 years now. I get my mani/pedi every time. With all the chaos going on right now, they closed their doors today at 5:00 and aren't opening until further notice. I always see Vi but when she's on vacation I see Amy. All the employees there are great. The place is very clean, the owner is very nice and is always there to welcome people. It's a very busy place and the employees are always professional, dedicated, and very nice.

I know i haven given a 5 star. but now i'm giving it a 1! because my small toenail fell off! BEWARE! don't get your feet done here!! All i did was push the recliner leg back in with my foot and my small toe nail popped off!
I do believe they have given some type of fungus that caused my tonsil to come off! i'm only 26 and have been getting my nails done for 12 years! and this has never happened to me! they must not clean their tubs or their equipment!

So I ended up coming here due to my regular spot being closed. I read some reviews not too bad. I came in with a fill and I needed my toe color changed (gel) But my experience here was terrible! Never coming again! The guy who was doing my nails was in a rushed the entire time! My nails are all different size & shape. My nails were painted horrible. Moving on to my toes he was more in a rush now and he used a dirty cuticle Cutter to trim my toe nails and they came out uneven. Just overall disappointed that I sent my money here. Definitely don't recommend.

I had a lavender pedicure for $40 and to add gel polish they charge an extra $20! I have owned my own aesthetic business offering waxing and injections we also had a salon connected to our business and never would have charged customers $20 extra dollars for gel polish!! That is a rip off and than I was charged an extra $30 for my Manicure!!! You are all being charged big city prices in a small town that doesn't offer income at those prices!! Very disappointed in this place. After coming here several times. The last few times have been disappointing. Tina was my nail tech on this visit. She attempted to upsell me on a pedicure. I asked for hot stone massage pedicure and was told it would be 30$ additional. I'm not paying 57$ for a pedicure. She then proceeded to fill my tub with cold water. When I asked her to turn it up some. She just kept turning it. It never got warm. While prepping my nails. She asked if I wanted them cut down. I told her no because I get in grown tried nails when they're short. I went about my business

Worst 50 dollar pedicure I ever got didn't let tech polish I was in nov 10on a Sunday from out of town my heels werent scrubbed my toe nails were cut uneven and filed in even I now have an infected toe where she cut me ima nail tech myself needless to say I am highly disappointed and won't be back

Just got my nails dipped and done by Jenny! Absolutely amazing. So nice and an amazing job.

My only critique is she didn't really clean my nails up at the end ( powder stuck to my fingers) but otherwise love them!
