I'm in shock with my visit at the salon today. I'm really upset not just for me but for the tech that worked on me.
I visit this salon a few other times and have techs speak their native language with other techs and never have I EVER made comments regarding it.
I noticed my tech spoke spanish and you guys know me, I make friends everywhere. So we are talking enjoying our conversation and another male tech tells my tech "time for English, so I can understand." I asked him "why?" He ignores me. I then tell him "I prefer to speak Spanish." No response from

For Mother's Day, we gifted my husbands mom a gift card specifically for a treatment that we had already inquired about upon purchasing. Today, she went in for her appointment - pedicure with paraffin and upon presenting the gift card up front, the staff told her she didn't have enough money on the card. She showed them their price book and said no, this should be enough money and they told her prices went up. However, they hadn't made any postings or advertisements about prices going up- so this could have been made up. The manager said the book was too expensive to replace, therefore

If I can give this play zero stars I would. I came here just to change my nail polish color. I called ahead and the lady told me to come in I walk in and the owner who is super rude it's like we don't have time for you unless you wait I tried to be nice and I said OK I will wait I waited for three customers to pass me only For a employee to come up to me and tell me to change my nail polish color will be $40. Mind you I am not getting my nails done or anything at all except changing my nail polish color and they tried to charge me $40 I told him to go to hell and I walked out do not go

Honestly needed to leave a review since I was impressed by the service considering the complaints on their Yelp.
Took me as a walk in, did an amazing job on my dip manicure on my natural nails- no issues with thickness or having to double check anything. Awesome service and was very very impressed with it only taking an hour for a full dip manicure. Highly recommend

Wow! This HAS to be one of the best nail salons in Lakeland! As soon as I walked in someone came to help me, and when I told the guy doing my nails I wanted a full set he was so happy to help.
He asked if I wanted a design (I came around Dec.17, 2020) and even if I wanted Christmas themed nails. I showed him the picture I had on my phone and he had no hesitation in getting them to look exactly how I wanted, I was just so impressed with his eagerness.

I told him multiple times i didn't like how they were and kept making excuses that he can't fix the curve because of my shape than I tell him they are too think and says that if he makes them thin they are easy to break like come on nail ain't suppose to look so thick. I'm the type of people who gives people a second chance this is the second time this place disappoints me.. My husband calls to tell them I want a refund because hello $82 ain't cheap and they can't give me the money back only fix them for what so they can mess them up more plus

Advertisement photos looked great so I decided to give them a try. I got a pedi and a full set. After selecting my length for my nails they were filed and shaved down way past the length I wanted. Be sure to start longer than you want because you'll end up with way shorter than you originally picked. The shellac is also thick which I'm not a fan of bulky looking nails. Also didn't appreciate the male worker just sitting there coughing. I personally won't be back!

This is a pretty salon with talented nail techs. They will make your nails look beautiful buttttt for a small fortune. I've been 4 times, and they've charged me different prices every time for the same thing? I paid $45 for a new set AND $45 for a fill? (They tried to charge me $50 for a fill last time!!) I'm sorry but, in my opinion, $45 is way too much for a fill. I always tip 20% too so this is just frustrating. Last time I got a fill and a pedicure and it ended up costing $110!! I won't be going back here again.

My first time at Villa Spa Nails, a young man, can't remember his name did a dip powder/SNS on my nails. It was very difficult to take them off. My natural nails after the SNS are in terrible condition. I have a "ring of fire" on nearly every nail. A deep grove indentation. My nails were thin so I had to cut all my length off. On another occasion, i got a gel pedicure which was really good. Not sure if it was the tech or whatever materials they use for dip powder but if you decide to go here, just stick to gel polish if you're doing a mani or pedi

Went for first time a week ago. Ton did my set & they look beautiful! He took his time & did great on the coffin shape and design. He made sure I was happy with the work done. I also did a pedi but didn't get a name. It was so relaxing. Beautiful & clean salon. $60 for set & $40 for the green tea pedi. I will definitely return.

Highly recommend Villa Spa Nails. I love that this place is close to home. I usually do dip powder and they have such a nice selection to choose from. Vanessa did such a great job with my nails and Xuan gave me an AWESOME pedicure. I will definitely be back. Everyone here is so nice! Beautiful salon as well.
