This place is ok but I have mutiple problems I went with my mom and sister and we were all getting gel the lady doing my moms nail was using a filer For uhm acrylic nail on her actaully nails so she almost filed HER SKIN and my sister was fine but mine was pretty bad too the lady had filed to hard on the sides that she mad my skin show and the she put ALCAHOL ON IT And then she cut my cuticle and I saw blood and she left it alone LIKE HELLO Please do not come her it is horrible

I loved this place at first but now they are NEVER on time, even if I have an appointment (tonight they were an hour late!), one of the guys there did a horrible job and even made a mess on purpose dropping towels laughing saying the others will clean up after him. He also asked me all kinds of personal questions about what I do for a living and how much money I make! When I went to pay he tried to take my card in the back with him!! Extremely unprofessional! The owner just shrugged his shoulders, just like he does when no one is on time. A woman followed me out and said he did the same to her

Prices are too high for quality of service. Used to be a nice place but now u pay 5$ more for a massage on top of a regular pedicure and she hardly massages I just felt the side of her fingernails digging during the “massage” and after the girl redid my nails cause she was Not getting the lines straight for a French then speaks to other girls in her language making me feel like she was speaking of me-very rude- it would be nice if u were able to communicate better with the workers..won’t be back and won’t recommend.

I went in to get a fill and gel polish change. I asked for the same shape which was a rounded almond shape, but left with a stiletto shape that was alot shorter than I asked. But not only that, I had showed her a very simple smile design and she laughed at me.... Like who would do that. She also drilled one of my nails so bad it burned and when I said ow she grabbed my hand and continued. When I was done she told me the total was $63, I felt like that was ALOT since when I go to my usual place it's $35 for a fill. I wasn't going to give her a tip but she kept insisting that I leave her

I called in advance to make appointment with Kim and when I arrive they have me sitting with my feet in water for over 40 min and not be serviced so that Kim would then send someone else to take off nail polish and not even that was done correctly then go back to doing someone else’s nails. Horrible service !!! After waiting so long I decided to leave. If I make an appointment it’s for a reason. I shouldn’t have to stay waiting so long to be serviced my time is valuable! Reasonably priced with good service. Came here for a mani/pedi before my gender reveal back in March and was able to be seen right away on a Saturday. My family and I have been using tips and toes for a few years. My husband and I always would get a pedicure and my daughter and I would get our nails done. Since the opening back up from Covid things have been very iffy with the service and the quality that we have been receiving. Today I walked in for my 430 appointment was not greeted and finally was told that they will get to me when they can. Two weeks ago I went there with two of my girlfriends we had a good experience of the pedicure. Just tried to make an appointment. It's 4:45. She said the last appointment is at 5. So I agreed, but since I have dip on my nails I can't have the 5pm because it take 15 minutes to get it off?? So you close at 7, I have an appointment at 5. How the hell can you not take 15 minutes at 5pm to take the dip off and redo it in less than 2 hours?? I get this done on my lunch break other places. Out for a drive and decided my toes needed a treat. Was able to be a walk in but I highly recommend making an appointment as they are a busy salon. Went with the deluxe pedicure; hot stones, paraffin, hot towel massage ($40). Totally worth it. Wasn't rushed, tech (Roland) took his time and did it perfect!

I just gotta say I absolutely love this place! They are so friendly and efficient. The services are amazing, I do the basic pedicure and all the extra stuff they do is awesome, and it's only $30!
I had Bella as my nail tech and she is amazing. Very thorough and goes the extra mile when doing your nails!
Also the facility is really clean and the massage chairs are the best! I'd highly recommend coming here.

Donna was the best nail technician there. She serviced me and then serviced my daughter's nails after one of the other technicians botched up her full set. Tina kept interrupting Donna as she was trying to apply my polish without any regard for error. The other "so called" Manager was very unprofessional and from the start did not apply the tips correctly leaving gaps and glue on my daughter's fingers. I can't comment on the nail service, I work food and beverage so we aren't allowed to have any nail polish or acrylics (so sad for me)

I just got my eyebrows threaded (this is my first visit) Dee did amazing and she was so nice. We recently moved to the area so my fuzzy face caterpillars were in desperate need of grooming. I was thinking I would have to get them waxed, but they didn't have a waxer available today. They offered threading and I was so excited because I prefer threading. I have really sensitive skin and wax leaves me red and puffy for days. Threading only leaves

Had to re-visit to pamper my dogs (feet). Very clean place with smoothing pastel colors, friendly staff. I was called to my chair with a warm soft changing color feet tub and a fully functional message chair. Nail technician came ready and willingly to perform her duties. Went from soaking my feet with smoothing aromatic smells to nail clipping, hot stone Message, hot wraps, hot wax O my was it great. Highly recommend and very affordable I must say.

I called in and they told me they would be able to take me right away if I showed up within the few minutes that I called. I showed up and they had several people waiting to be taken. I know things happen and people walk in, but it seems like they blatantly lied about a wait to get me into the door. This is frustrating as I could have came in when there was availability instead of wasting time waiting to be taken care of.
