I downloaded this app for the purpose of leaving a review at this spa. I went into this spa on 29 December 2021 to get a mani(gel with letters as a design)and pedi(regular). During my visit the nail tech who performed the pedicure was really nice, gentle, and very friendly. The issue came in when I moved over to the nail tech who performed my manicure. The entire experience with this nail tech was off putting. She pulled and yanked on my hands, and was not gentle whatsoever. She did not communicate that she needed me to move my hands a certain way and did not care about my experience there. When

The only reason this isn't a 1 star review is because the woman that finished my service was nice and did the best she could to fix the mess made of my full set by the tech I started with. Avoid the man the the sleeve of tattoos and the black hair with gray on the sides. He was so rude and unprofessional, and was being super rough with me after I mentioned I'd like my nails a bit shorter. I come here every two weeks. Some artists are better than others but I always have cute nails leaving the shop.

I don't know why all the bad reviews! My fiance and I went with a friend on a whim to get pedicures and they had room for all of us together. Each of our technicians were great and were very friendly. We relaxed and didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back as regulars.

I have never been to such a horrible nail salon in my life. The lady who I think is the owner who sits on the right side was fixing my nail. I asked her one questions and she started yelling at me saying I'm too picky. I have never been there in my life. She started screaming at me in front of all her customers telling me to never come back. I said I will leave now and then she made me still finish my nail. She was being so rough with my nail made my skin peel. Then she started calling me bad names and told me that I look like a trash can. This is absolutely not acceptable customer service

Quick and easy, with nice nails after. The salon is not as nice as some others, but value for money.

23DEC19 Stopped by for a pedicure about 11:50 a.m.. I had Hon for the pedi, good job, not very talkative though & a bit light on the massage, but otherwise quite good, about 40 minutes altogether, only an hour exposure to the acetone fumes. The Salon was pretty busy, but I only waited 20 minutes, exactly what the greeter predicted. It's about twice as big as Tips & Toes inside, & perhaps a bit less clean-appearing & chairs a bit worn, but their work practices seem good.

Poor customer service, my nails always have something wrong because they don't take their time. Always working on you in a rush and thats why they do a poor job. The are also so rude about everything. Dont go there you will waste your money

The pedicure was okay here. The girl did an excellent job massaging my legs and feet, but I was unimpressed with the rest of my pedicure and manicure.

I've been to this nail salon a couple times now and every time I leave I feel more and more disappointed. I've had my nails done by 3 different people and not one of them can do my nails the way I want them done. And it's little things too like pushing my cuticles, putting enough product on my nail to cover it. My nails look horrendous. I didn't even want to spend the $30 on them. Not to mention this is nowhere near a $30 manicure. This is the last nail place on earth I would recommend to anybody. I will definitely not be coming back.

Vivian is great. Especially at Pink and White nails. I would highly recommend her!!! I like the pedicures, wish they lasted longer.

I wish I could give 0 stars honestly. I have been coming here for over a year to get pedicures, full set with gel or just gel manicures. I have loved my experiences, until my past two visits.

Last visit, the gentleman that they put me with acted like he had absolutely no idea what he was doing putting on my full set. He kept attaching the nail and ripping it off. Then, he would not cut them to the length I asked. I had to ask three separate times. The lady beside him asked me to get up and wait while they are giggling. The man that was attending to my pedicure was rude when I asked him about doing my nails to try and get an old trendy style (cateye). He rolled his eyes and said something about me in another language. The other technicians laughed at me. I felt very insulted. I will not be visiting this establishment again

Great service, but not too friendly. But if you're in the area and don't want to have to search, you'll get a great mani/ pedi. Just bring a friend to chat with. Isn't that what it's all about anyway?

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure- total was only $47 before tips- AMAZING for the price! I was in shock when she told me the total.

Very clean place, well staffed, quick but good work! If I were to have any "complaints" I wish that my leg massage was a little more intense. But overall great experience, I will be bsck

Worst pedicure experience I have ever had. Cindy was the height of rudeness, unprofessionalism, and carelessness. She was listening to music and tossing the instruments everywhere. Both my mom and I felt extremely rushed throughout our pedicures, like we were inconveniencing them by being there. And no, we did not walk in before closing--we had appointments well before the scheduled closing time. The behavior exhibited by the staff was inexcusable, and I am amazed that people who carry the attitude that Cindy did are able to get hired anywhere. Do NOT waste your money! Walked out of with THREE wounds on my heels! The WORST pedicure ever! Told the guy that did my pedicure, he did Absolutely NOTHING! Not even an apology! I made sure I told the owner before I left! All she did was put neosporin & a band aid on it.

I got a pedicure and tips done. My total was $83.00. This is crazy!! First of all I asked for a Relaxing Pedicure and he gave me the Standard Pedicure. (Which was not good either) He did not get all the dead skin off my heals and my toes. The polish is gloppy. My nails are a little bit better they are supposed to be rounded on the side and flat in the top and they are not. Great mani/pedi for my daughter (5 yrs old) & myself. No kid chairs but Vivi did a great job and my daughter didn't seem to mind - good price too $20. Mani/pedi with Michelle was great! She did a thorough job and was super sweet ($32). Will return!

Clean and pretty nail salon. They had the BEST massage chairs. The staff was nice and tried to communicate despite the language barrier. My toes are sparkley and beautiful, and I will absolutely come back when im in town!
