Absolutely the best place I have ever lived at. Beautiful apartments. And not just beautiful scenery and homes. The management is probably the most supportive and caring people I have ever come encountered with. Very lovely and understanding people and very lovely well kept place to live. I definitely recommend coming to live here to anyone who gets the chance.

Grossly neglectful management and maintainence. I have lived here 5+ years. I have witnessed Matt, landlord, in more than one verbal altercation with tenants and their guests. One being a noise complaint (kids running around) and when the mother attempted to explain to him that it was summer vacation as well as a pandemic contributing to her childs' noise, Matt stated, "I don't care, maybe you should send them to school!"
They will send noise complaints for using the bathroom fan too long; Matt has stated, "Only use your fan right after a shower, 5 mins tops." Prospect Park does not follow OR

Wost managment I've ever dealt with. "There's nothing we can do" should be the slogan here. Complete disregard for tenants. If you have any kind of integrity, don't apply here.

This apartment is a absolute nightmare. Loudest, least private, most out of date apartment I have ever been in.
There is a massive maintenance workshop directly in the middle of the complex outside the “K” building operating 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. I was woken up every single day by this workshop. Imagine not having any quiet inside your own home & opening your bedroom window to 5 strange men 10 feet outside of it.
The price is appealing, but the only amenity offered is whats seen by the naked eye, the setting.

I currently live here. It's nice and quiet. I love that we get deer, turkeys, an array a birds and fat little grey squirrels. The landlords are really nice and easy to talk to and the maintenance crew are on top of their game. They are always keeping busy and on top of the grounds here and any tenant issues. I dig it because even after a year living here I love coming home, its like we all live in a forest setting being here its just so peaceful. I see comments talking about things being outdated and what-not but I think people fail to realize that these apartments are clean, safe (your kids can

My favorite apartment I've lived in.
Between pool, gym, basketball and tennis courts, on site laundry, easy access, reserved parking and commute there's really nothing to complain about. And personally, my view is excellent, I can see all the way to YaPoAh and Skinner's Butte.
Location is quiet - with the distance from the road and the city and the arrangement of buildings, the compound is absent of road noise and surprisingly quiet at all hours. Even as I write this I can hear a blue jay outside my patio door.
Staff are on top of maintenance - grounds are always tidy, and when a tenant raises

Perfect fit for someone who likes a small degree of separation from the city. (As long as you don't have a dog.)

I lived here for 2 years. The appliances are outdated and barely working. The windows are old and not energy efficient in the slightest. The apartment was dark and cold most of the days I lived there. Be prepared to have your rent go up $15-25 annually. Managagement has been strict and disappointing. During a major week long ice storm the manager didn’t bother to sand or gravel any of the property except their own driveway. The only reason for two stars instead of one is due to the quiet and peaceful environment this complex provides and the maintenance staff who are very friendly and will help
