Holland Hotel

Food is very good. On top of that the staff is always incredible. They are always attentive and friendly. I can't recommend enough.

My Husband and I have driven by the Holland Hotel at least 50 times on the way up to our cabin. I always say we should stop there. So we stayed the night for my 64 birthday and boy did I have fun.
We booked a suite for a very reasonable price. I wasn't expecting much. I figure the rooms would used by hunters. But I was wrong. They were beautiful. Large, Clean and comfortable and the bed was a king size. There was 2 wide screens TVs (one for each room) Needless to say I was happy. We headed downstairs for my dinner. I just don't get it, with the issues that restaurants are having today, where as they can't provide good service (Due to lack of help) coupled with supply issues, why would you have such a extensive menu. Joe public understands that current times are different from 2 years ago.
The Holland Hotel is a classic example of not understanding.
I took my nephew to dinner and was first told by the hostess that they couldn't give us a regular dinner menu due to they didn't have enough, not a good start. After being seated, we realized by moving to the bar to sit would be a better idea

Been here a few times and each time it was a nice experience. Atmosphere is casual country. Food is good plenty of choices. If a hearty, belly filling meal is what you need the Holland Hotel should be on your stop by list.

The food is AMAZING and the service was awesome! Even being short staffed, we got our food in a timely manner and the waiter would check in often. He was truly amazing! They have really amazing burgers there and I highly recommend the Mozzarella Sticks. The presentations were amazing, and the prices were perfect.

Nice and Cozy little Resturant/Bar/Inn! Great atmosphere and great staff! Owners are putting in a lot of work to make this place a local go to and it shows! Having a wood fire stove for pizzas and wings is rarely seen and should be appreciated as such! Looking forward to seeing this place shine as their team becomes more consistent and set! My son loved the pizza! 11/10 would recommend to anyone!

Another great meal at the hotel! Jason was a great server, and checked in with us multiple times throughout our meal even though we had a long wait. Everything was great!

Service was great even though they were very busy. However by the time we went for our fish fries the oil in the fryer was overdone. Fish was barely edible with a bitter tasting batter. When we were leaving the big rush of patrons was coming in and I noticed the fish that was being brought out was getting darker and darker. I hope the waitress passed our comment about the oil to the cook. What a waste of good haddock!

Wasn't sure what to expect from a restaurant out in the sticks, but this place has got it going on! Very homey feeling place with a great bar scene. Staff was super friendly and food was great with sizeable portions. They seem to have a hard time finding staff at the moment and we had to wait a while for our food order to hit the table.

Absolutely gorgeous interior suggest stopping in just to see that alone. The food was amazing. Nice big burgers. With homemade french fries.
Worth every penny we ended up eating on the patio. perfect setting. Great place for a little date.

Really good service everytime I eat here. Would recommend to anyone wanting good food. Check out my wood fired mac and cheese!

Fantastic French onion soup!! All the food we've gotten from here is great:) The only thing to note is we've gone for the wing special (90 cents on Wednesdays) and they were very small. Besides this, everything else is awesome:)

We chose to come here to watch a Bills game after we were told how good it was and they were still allowed to have indoor dining. We chose to sit at the bar and even though they had told me they do not take reservations, there were reserved signs next to us. The bartenders were very friendly and attentive.
We ordered drinks and fried pickles to start. The pickles were generic brand spears and they came with ranch for dipping. They did have a decent draught beer menu, as well as plenty of bottled beer/drinks and fully stocked bar.
We ordered their Margherita pizza and asked to add meatballs

I used to frequent The Holland Hotel back in the day before it was burned down. Once I heard it was opened and renovated, I was like I need to check this place out!

I ordered Chicken Wings - medium and BBQ and let me say the BBQ wings were so good! The sauce was excellent! The prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was nice, I will definitely return!

We had everything from soup, wings,and their specials---scallops were very good!! Soup different and full of clams---drinks were perfectly strong and beer was cold!!! Which is Very important!!! We will be back again and again!!!

Felt so UNSAFE, NO Covid precautions taken. We usually LOVE this place. The food is always great and it's such a good vibe. However, we were highly disappointed at the lack of handling mandatory covid precautions. We sat on the patio at a table with proper distancing and the server greeted us with a mask so we felt safe and comfortable ordering. Once our orders were in, the server kept returning to the table with either no mask at all or a mask around her neck. The male server attending to other tables had no mask at all. Signs were posted that customers must wear masks when not at tables

Tonight's meal at Holland Hotel was simply wonderful. Stuffed portobello mushrooms (stuffed with sausage, breadcrumbs and garlic on a bed of sautéed spinach - divine. Husband had the battered walleye with homemade sides, and I had the homemade lasagna that was the best I've ever had! Ever! We were happy to see Mark working here as he is a delight! Love Holland Hotel and thank you for a great meal!

We went here for my boyfriend's sister birthday. The first thing I noticed on their menu is their special, they have asain beef vegetable soup. Hmmm... I wonder if they meant ASIAN. When the server came and told us about the menu, sure enough they meant Asian lol. I don't trust the taste the food if they cannot even do correct spelling! That to me a bit ignorant! (Btw I'm Asian) Well my bf decided to ordered it anyway. When the soup came it look like an dark oil motor. He still hopeful... in a really short lived hopeful when he spooned the soup and get the overly cooked broccoli

We reserved the banquet room for a private party. Alison the owner was fantastic and helped us decide on the menu and took care of everything. Our waitress was super friendly and accommodating. The girl could hustle and took care of everyone with a smile. We were very glad we chose Holland Hotel.

Debby is wonderful! She helped us choose entrees and desserts! Try the beef on week, mushroom burger, caprese salad, banana creme pie, chocolate cake, peanut butter pie, and cheesecake!

This place ruined us for all other establishments. We cannot order French onion soup anywhere else because we are spoiled by Holland hotel's soup! Seriously other restaurants be out there selling broth and soggy cheese AMAZING sweet potato fries and they make everything just how you want it without complaint. LOVE this place! See y'all on Wednesday

Would highly recommend. Found this place just out for a drive to see foliage. Atmosphere is really cool. Started with cup of manhattan clam chowder. Very tasty and loaded with clams. I had the Holland hotel burger and it was fabulous. Cooked just right at medium. My companion had the Philly steak hoagie and it was made with real steak! Reasonably priced and good service. Will definitely be back.

Had a very good lunch. Bacon wrapped scallops were everyone's favorite. Toured this brand new boutique hotel. Price for rooms with breakfast $85. & $95.00. Bar is beautiful. I definitely would go back. Highly recommend.
