Family owned and operated since 2006, the Park Lake Motel provides all the comforts of home. All our spacious rooms have been updated with new bathroom and kitchen areas. Standard and efficiency rooms include wall-to-wall carpeting, cable TV, phone and free WiFi. Our central location puts you in the heart of the Perry business district and just minutes from Letchworth State Park and Silver Lake.
Amenities and Services:All bedding and bath linens are laundered especially for your stay. The room will be supplied with enough linens for the length of your stay. In order to keep our room rates reasonably priced we do not perform daily maid service, but is available upon request. Additional supplies/services are also available upon request.

Not bad for a short stay like one or 2 days. There is a nice breakfast place very close and a Walgreens too. Strange was the fact that there was no person in the reception. In fact there was no reception area. You will get the room number via email and the keys would be in the room. We had to change our checkout date and the manager/owner, when phoned, was gracious enough to refund one day’s charge. Dont expect a lot. Its a no frills motel. If you are exploring, hiking etc. for the whole day it wont matter at the end of the day!

Very clean hotel! I was there for a week visiting and the hotel is very quaint and clean. The only improvements I would recommend is adding a mini fridge and microwave in the room since the portion size is huge when eating out in the area/will have leftovers brought back to the hotel. Otherwise, love the place and very clean!

When my husband and I checked in yesterday I was impressed but that has since changed. The first thing was that the refrigerator in the room was unplugged and stank to high heaven. The owner/manager came by and cleaned it but forgot to turn it on so when I went to use it, it was still warm and stank again. Then when we returned to our room this evening I found that the bed was not made, the garbage was still full, used towels had not been replaced and in general that no one had cleaned the room since we left at 7am this morning. I am all for economy and ecology but for almost $200 for a two night
