Every step of the way was a great experience. Called 10 minutes before close and was instructed on after hours tow drop offs. Had a piece of metal lodged in my tire that caused a flat. Called multiple other businesses in the area and no one was able to offer immediate help on a Saturday morning. Called Hamburg garage and they made time for me and got me back on the road in under half an hour. Great service in a pinch, would highly recommend.

Setting an appointment was quick. Dave listened to me on the phone and must have taken notes. It was my first time calling them and when I showed up the next day, he remembered the discussion. I was kept informed of the progress and the job was finished the same day. A full suspension inspection and front end alignment at a reasonable cost. I would definitely recommend The Hamburg Garage.

My family member brought his vehicle here for a simple shifter rod and shifter replacement, after my recommendation that he begin using this place. They held on to his vehicle for three days before sending him a text that it was ready for pickup. He arrived to be told "Long story short, we're just not interested." He took it to another shop that got the job finished with no complications in two days.
Long story short, I'm just not interested in recommending a shop that lacks professionalism. If you didn't want to do the job, say it up front. Maybe even explain why. Don't waste the time of people

We are so grateful for our experience with Hamburg Garage. We are on our way back to Virginia, ending a two week road trip, and the guys at Hamburg worked us in quickly to plug a flat tire. They could not have been more helpful and professional!!! We are safely back on the road in less than 30 minutes!
