Norm’s crew helped me out of a jam yet again (see previous reviews) We were going to leave on our annual family summer vacation and i discovered that my brakes were bad on my truck. We were leaving Saturday morning and I called on Thursday. They got me in Friday morning and the work was completed without a hitch saving us from having to rent a car. Please SHOP LOCAL and SHOP SMALL. You will get a better experience. THANKS NORM AND CREW!!

WARNING!!!!!! NORM IS A SCAM. I’m always cautious with mechanics. I walked in and told norm I needed a tune up on my vehicle. He told me he would give it a tune up. What norm didn’t know is I am a mechanic and own a company but simply don’t have time to work on my own vehicles. So in search of a mechanic I always give my car a tune up and then take it in to see if the mechanic is honest. SURE ENOUGH, NORM CALLS ME BACK WITH A PLETHORA OF LIES. To say one simple example. Norm “ yea I’m standing here looking at your spark plugs and they definitely need to be replaced. New spark plugs were

Norm recently saved our daughter's Saturn from a the fate of the scrapyard. These guys work more hours than the bigger guys and have treated us fairly every time we've gone there. As an experienced car guy who lacks the time and space currently to fix his own beaters I trust these guys to do honest, quality work. Doubt they need my endorsement but here it is!
