They towed my trailer from the side of the road and lost the jack that was holding the trailer up. No they say there was no jack, can someone explain to me how did I took the tire out without a jack?
Because I said I was going to file a complaint, Dan won't let me pick my trailer up until a state patrol come up and inspect my trailer. What a waste of public money Dan is.

They are not open 24/7 it's impossible to get to your vehicle after office closes pretty sure policy is different for each employee for what they tell you was told I can't get my belongings out of my vehicle unless I pay the tow bill I was even willing to give them the vehicle and title to get my stuff out and they wouldn't let me later on that night I had my girlfriend email them earlier in the day about just getting items out of the car and they said no problem you can get youru stuff out of the car without having to pay the tow bill as long as there keeping the vehicle THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

I've been towed a few times over the years. Dan's is by far the fairest and most honest towing company you will find. If you need your semi towed this should be the first place to call. They are highly professional with fair rates. You won't get a shocking bill like other companies in the metro.

I'm giving the driver 5 stars. But as a company 3. Just because my truck broke down on Thursday. Called them and I asked when they could get it to Wisconsin. They told me they'd get it done by Saturday afternoon. Which was fine but I stopped by the service shop on Saturday night to grab something out of the truck and it wasn't there. Called again and was told they'd get it at 8 the next day. Nope never showed up till 6 pm. So after the driver worked all day towing. Now he has to drive another 4 hours round trip. But driver was very professional and good at what he does.

Had my truck stolen Friday night and they were trying to charge me to bring the truck back to where it was stolen my driveway said my insurance company would pay for the tow if i let them bring my vehicle back to the yard and I could get it out tomorrow needless to say they didn't inform me that they're only open noon to 1 on Saturday and Sunday… and when I called at 12:15 he said there was nobody there that could help me and would see if you get somebody in I just want to see my truck and what's even left of my belongings and here I am writing a review so I you can probably guess the rest
