Tyler was spot on! Helped me so much, had to deal with 7 hours of 2 different tow companies and my insurance just to get my car into my driveway. Made sure to be respectful of my neighbors at the ungodly hour of midnight. Make sure I didn’t further damage my rim by backing my car into my driveway. Was the only company that actually called me to confirm my location and what happened to make sure he brought the right tools and truck for the job. Quick, knowledgeable, and friendly 10/10

Tyler was great- even earlier than Geico predicted, and on Christmas Eve at that!!! He changed the tire but also spent time explaining to me what to expect in terms of tire patching vs. replacement, and he helped me identify the puncture point. Tyler was fast, professional, kind, and trustworthy. Strong recommendation!

We are from out of town and our car broke down and Tyler was so helpful. We googled repair shops close by but Tyler made sure he found the best repair shop for the cheapest tow amount and we really appreciated that! Very nice guy, highly recommend Luther!

I had the misfortune of having my car die on me while at a gas station. I sat there for a while as I tried to jump start it with no luck. Luther Towing pulled up to Kwik Trip in New Prague to fill up. The gentleman driving offered his battery pack to jump start my car. Still no luck. The gentleman suggested giving the vehicle a push and pop the clutch to start it (thank god for manuals). It took 3 attempts between him, his partner, my significant other, and myself but we were able to do it. He was the exact miracle I needed in that moment. I didn’t pay for a tow but the lengths this gentleman

I was stuck at a gas station and scheduled a tow with them through geico. Was told my original wait time was 90 minute. 20 minutes after the estimated arrival time I still was getting later and later estimates on arrival and got no call from them saying they would be late. I got so fed up with them not answering my calls and waiting that I called geico back and got set up with a new towing company. This is not the first time I have had issues with them I would take your business elsewhere.

Pothole from hell took out two of my tires at the same time late on a Saturday night in St. Paul, MN. Luther Towing came across town, from Hugo, to get us. Tim, the driver, was very kind, friendly, and professional. He carefully hooked our car up and towed us to the dealer. He even offered to drive us home after dropping the car off. Sterling guy, salt of the Earth!
I asked him if others at Luther we're like him. He had nothing but high praise for his employer and fellow employees. Great job all around!

I have called Luther Towing at least a half a dozen times in the last ten years. Every driver that has came to my rescue has always been professional, empathetic and sincere. After seeing the all pink flat bed with the huge breast cancer support sticker the other day on the highway I remembered I have never reviewed them. Clearly this company has proved themselves in the last 10 years! They are always on time and call you with updates on estimated times if traffic fails. Trucks are clean , drivers know what they are doing and I know they are making sure my vehicle is not getting any damage. Regardless

Luther Towing took care of a totaled car for me. Response was quick and the driver was kind and fast to move the vehicle. After the tow, the staff at Luther went above and beyond to make sure I got everything back from my vehicle before my insurance removed it from the impound. A true example of 5-Star service.
