We just received our hhg at fort bliss by this company. the 3 young men were super friendly ,on time and working fast , followed all our wishes left our house in the same condition as when they started to unload. definitely recommend them! Ms Brittney stopped by to make sure everything is going well and was also very friendly !

Different packers everyday, no continuity in packing style. Mislabeled multiple boxes that had to be opened. Failed to list our High Value Items on the box they are located in, more unpacking to come. Left about a rooms worth of stuff unpacked and said the load out crew would take care of it - Unsat! Didn't pack TVs in rv boxes - but packed pictures in rv boxes. No crate for our 75" TV and no tv box either. Pretty sure it is getting replaced :(. Packers on 2nd and 3rd day didn't bring any food or drink and the heat index was 107. we have moved 19 times over the

We had Apple Movers out of Woodbridge for a military PCS move from DC to Texas over the summer. The service was about par for the other military moves I’ve made so far.
Good - the packers were fast and hardworking and managed to pack our whole house in one day instead of the 3 days estimated (however, upon un-packing it was obvious they were so fast because they took a fair number of shortcuts, resulting in damage). The delivery people (unloading) in Texas were really hardworking and nice guys as well. They seemed very concerned that they complete what they were supposed to, even returning to

One of my better moving experiences. They packed most things really well. They sent plenty of crew members for the packing and the loading. Not too many broken items at the other end. Crew was professional and knew what they were doing.

Overall, we had a good experience with this company moving across the country. My only issue was with the timing of their arrival for both the pick-up and drop off of our belongings. During pick-up, they were over two hours later than when we were told to expect them and didn’t arrive until late afternoon to drop off at our destination when the truck arrived in the area the previous day. Everything else was great and none of our stuff was damaged.

The primary vendor in Austin is superb. However, in my case their subordinate moving company in Virginia was deficient and broke some of our things.
Now, Apple eventually repaired it, but the subordinate moving company disassembled our wall unit then couldn't get Humphrey together again. I spent a lot of time with Apple to rectify.
Their claims agent is an employee of the subordinate moving company that broke our stuff. They represent Apple, but the signature block stated the subordinate moving company.
Overall this was not a great move, but I have to say though the young men who delivered

Two things that make me skeptical.
1. I called to schedule a move. They seemingly reserved it for me, and were supposed to send me an email confirmation. After 24 hours, no confirmation email. I sent them a message through their "contact us" form on the website. After waiting 2 days, no response. Called again to get a confirmation sent. 6 hours later, still no confirmation. I cancelled. If they can't get an email to send, how can I trust them to show up?
2. They don't seem to respond to feedback on this site. I definitely see that as a red flag.

My friend, K'Andrea and I had Apple Moving move some furniture to her house and to mine in the same truck. I want to say that Ryan and Daniel from Apple Moving did a great job in moving the large pieces and had to negotiate a difficult turn on the stairs in my house, which they did so very professionally with no damage. I'm grateful for their help.

I have moved using a contract carrier 5 times in the past 13 years and this company is hands down the worst movers I have ever used. Not a single piece of furniture arrived without serious scuffs, scratches, gouges, cracks or dents. We had multiple cooking peices broken that were obviously crushed. Even the cushions on our couch was crushed, the… dining room chairs were dented and our table top looks like they played shuffle board on it with sand and a hubcap. Simply because they didn’t pack our stuff correctly. These guys either are ingnorant or just don’t care about your stuff

Lawrence, Kenyon & Marcus made packing & moving a great experience (which wasn't easy, I know, because our old place was up 3 flights of stairs & the new place up 4). They were professional, efficient, had super positive attitudes & kept us laughing. Kudos to these gentlemen. Will definitely use Apple again! ✨ ✨

I just separated from the military and Apple Moving was chosen to DELIVER, UNPACK AND REASSEMBLE my belongings that were moved from California and paid for by the Navy. I left with my daughter to keep her out of their way while they were moving everything in. A couple hours later, I get a phone call from my boyfriend (who was supervising and HELPING them move everything) to say they were about to leave without reassembling or unpacking ANYTHING.
He handed the main mover his phone so that I could explain that I was supposed to be receiving a full unpack and reassembly. He simply said "okay

Having moved a total of 8 times in 24 years I have had lots of experience with movers and I can say without a doubt that Apple Moving is the BEST we have ever used. They were on time, efficient, extremely… careful with our things and most of all KIND. Moving is stressful and Apple does such an incredible job stress is minimized. From the first quote to the last box being brought in they were amazing. I recommend them without hesitation and with great enthusiasm!
