A-Pro's Junk removers were swift and worked hard removing all sorts of detritus that needed to be removed. I appreciated their efforts. The A-Pro packers and movers were outstanding. Nothing was broken or damaged in the move. The packing was thorough and very professionally done. The movers worked as hard as anyone I've ever seen in my years of moving from location to location. In fact, at the receiving end of the move there were challenges that the A-Pro team overcame through incredibly hard work...and nothing was damaged. It was outstanding! The response was incredibly fast and the work performed both impressive and efficient. It took them only one hour to remove from an elevated deck this hot tub. They were extremely efficient and left the site incredibly clean. I would highly recommend them without reservation.

I hired this company to do a small furniture removal job (six furniture items). They could have came the same day I called to do the job. I had prior engagements that day though so they came the following day. The three guys that came were on time (8:15am). All of them were courteous and professional. They removed the furniture items from my apartment in 10-15 minutes. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family that would need furniture removal services in the future.

A pro movers delivered my furniture and dispose of my goods in a quick manner. However, the two stars is for their lack of ability to communicate what I had originally ask for when moving. All the communication was either done by phone or text and I had asked for getting a written quote for the services of discarding and moving. Also, I have texts where they said moving, the first 2 hours and disposing was all included in a one truck fee. I didn't hear anything about using two trucks until the day before the move and we had been texting months before. Also, I had mentioned they would be moving

I have used this company many times over several years. At various times, they have helped me with things like assembling Ikea furniture and a small tool shed. They have moved boxes and belongings around the house to make way for remodeling. Jonathan is excellent at keeping me informed by text message if the crew is running late. They are a very popular company, but I can usually schedule a small job within the week. The crew is always positive and professional.

I had a last minute cancellation on movers. I found A-pro services on Craigslist; booked same day services and got professionally moved. They gave me a time window and sent a link to show when they were arriving. Everything was done perfectly. The 2 guys that came were friendly and professional. While I hate moving, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend !

The movers were very good with packing and securing a large and heavy table. It was a quick local move and I will definitely call on them again if I need to move anything! They even assembled the table at the location! Best prices too! I asked around a bunch of different places and these were the best! No hidden fees just an upfront cost.
Their truck is also a full size moving truck so the furniture was safe from weather damage! They picked it with blankets and wrapped it in plastic wrap before securing it with straps to the truck itself. My furniture was I damaged and safely transported!

As quick and professional as anyone could ever want. At a last moments notice and with hours they came, they wrapped, and moved a small apartment sized amount of furniture on same day notice. Very kind and affordable, Jonathan was excellent in coordinating the movers. I typically do not do reviews but this was the perfect experience. Wishing them much success.

We had the WORST experience with them. We actually asked for 911 Junk Out and A Pro came 3 HOURS late! The two people were very nice but one couldn't physically lift heavy things so my hubby with a back problem had to help. Ultimately they couldn't move a bulky TV, not that it would have fit. We still have a lot left in the garage to dump. The estimate for space was done by phone and fell way short of our needs. The movers did not have booties as promised either. On top of that, they asked for cash or else 6% fee for credit card! We ended up paying the agreed upon price but we were very

I had a last minute move I was about to get a response back from Jonathan quickly and he was deft able to work inside of my budget. Two guys came over professionally wrapped my items and made sure my things weren't damaged this is a great company and I would definitely use them again quick, fairly priced and friendly.

I utilize Affordable Pro Movers today, I had three movers and a 26 ft truck. I paid 760 dollars- 30 dollars an hour per mover and 240 dollars for the truck. I moved from Germantown to Sliver Spring- it was an arduous task as I had many boxes and quite a bit of bulky furniture. The movers were wonderful! They worked diligently, were extremely patient and went above and beyond to get the job done despite several setbacks and limited elevator space at my new residence in Sliver Spring ( some of my furniture wasn't able to fit on the elevator, so the movers carried several items to the 5th floor

I'm very upset my brand new cherry wood table was destroyed my Furniture was destroyed everything was practically new they do not handle your things with care they will drag furniture on the ground and throw things around as if it doesn't matter to them
They are overpriced and are not professional Movers
They drive slow and work

Confirmed my appointment yesterday for today, I took off work as well. I texted the manager my address and everything and he said he got it. Waited in the morning and I texted him when his movers are coming. He texted me saying I didn't confirm!? I texted him my address and he never asked for any confirmation. Very unprofessional and irresponsible to take an action and try and fix things. He kept rejecting my calls and did not text or call back.

Wow...I was so pleased and very immpressed with the professionalism of this company. I did a lot of research by reading reviews and asking for references when choosing a moving company. I went with a APro because of the communication from the very beginning, but yet I was still skeptical because of the horror stories we have ALL heard about moving companies.
My move...
They were scheduled to arrive at 8am. Angel and Hector arrived at 7:57am. The truck was packed by 8:45 and we were off to my 1st destination. To make a long story short...they moved 2 apartments and 1 storage unit up 3 flights
