Jacob and his team were so professional and efficient. They did a fabulous job and treated my things with care and respect. The team was kind and took time to ask questions about where I wanted things to go. I was impressed by the strength of his crew and their friendly character. Jacob took the time to explain to me how to best pack my dishes to ensure they didn’t break in the move and it was very informative. They were very easy to contact leading up to the move and promptly answered any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend Route 1 Movers, my experience was a 10/10!

I’ve used Route 1 twice now and both times Jacob and his team were fantastic. Took excellent care of my furniture, and didn’t damage anything. They also moved out of and into the new place without any damage to the floors or walls. Thanks Route 1. You’re the best movers I’ve used.

Jacob and his team (Donald, Michael and Jeffrey) was very professional, respectful, courteous and provided excellent service. They communicated with me at all times, asked questions if unsure for home or storage. I was impressed how they packed everything/ organized it in the truck. Jacob(owner) reassured me that i would not be disappointed and they came through with that promise. Jacob made sure that i was satisfied with their work and yes i was amazed. Jacob and the Route 1 Movers crew were amazing. They worked very hard to provide us the best service with the best cost possible. Jacob was very professional and customer-oriented. There was even a couple of minor damages during the move and he was very accommodating working towards an agreeable resolution.
Although we moved into what we plan will be our "forever" home, we will definitely be recommending Route 1 to anyone needing the services of professional movers!
