The reason that this is two stars is because despite the wonderful service, care, and attentiveness I received when I got a root canal there, for more than 4 months they have been dishonest with me in regards to reimbursing me for my payment through my insurance as I was promised — and is also in writing. I have been told they were sending the claim in for four months. To the point where I have been told that it’s an issue with the insurance company, only to be told by the company that no claim has ever been sent.

Dr. Wilkoff and the team at Ritt Dental are a family of oral care experts who truly love what they do. You instantly feel that Dr. Wilkoff is genuinely happy to share as much information with you and answer any questions. I had my dental cleaning done thoroughly and was proactively scheduled in for a filling and slight cosmetic adjustment a couple days later. The attention to detail as well as the atmosphere of the office is unmatched! I'll be visiting Ritt for my future dental care needs and can't emphasize enough how great this boutique office is.

Tripped into a wall and knocked out a front tooth, came in and now look better than before I lost it. Cannot recommend highly enough. Everyone there is super nice and the office is beautifully relaxing.
I absolutely *hate* going to the dentist and it was honestly pleasant.

To start off I am a baby when it comes to the dentist. But this dentist was amazing they were so kind, helpful, very friendly, the dentist explained everything that he was going to do when extracting my tooth. He did not rush and made sure I was comfortable. Thank you guys so much I definitely recommend ritt dental to family and friends, and to anyone.

I’m new to this office and have always had anxiety about going to the dentist. Fortunately, Dr. Wilkoff and the hygienist by the name of Linda, made me feel right at home with their professionalism and service. Needless to say I can’t wait to get another cleaning! I haven't been to the dentist in 6 years and I was nervous for my first time back but this was an amazing experience. The staff and doc were super nice, straight forward, incredibly thorough, and they didn't push any extra services on me. I received x-rays and a cleaning. They took great care of me and I will definitely be coming back!

Wow, this office is absolutely stunning! I live around the Rittenhouse area and was searching for a Dentist when I found Ritt dental. They were very quick to book appointments since they are relatively new. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. The dentist thoroughly walked me through my treatment plan and didn't seem rushed at all. I would definitely recommend this dentist for a high quality experience if you are in the area!
