I strongly recommend Dr. Yurovsky’s dental practice. I find her office to be clean, efficient and also whenever I have had an issue - you can expect to get really good and responsive care. At every step she makes you feel listened to and comfortable about procedures, calming nerves at every turn. Highly recommend.

Dr. Yurovsky is truly an example of honest and diligent patient service. I moved to Philly in 2018 and she was referred to me by my sister who used to live here before I did. She is the type of dentist who gives it to you straight and will absolutely not push unnecessary or wasteful procedures. So happy I found Dr. Yurovsky!

I've been a patient of Dr. Yurovsky for more than a decade. My interactions with her have always been very pleasant. I've never had an issue with the front desk staff or billings --- they've put in extra effort to work with my insurance on several occasions. The only thing is that there's usually a bit of wait before you're called in so don't schedule your appointment when you've got a tightly packed day.

Dr. Yurovsky runs a fantastic dental practice in the heart of Center City. Her experience speaks for itself but the fact her office is always a professionally run, comfortable, low-stress environment is a great bonus. Whether new or existing patient she shows care with her attention to detail and explanations. I am grateful I found her when I first moved to Philly.

Update from my review 13 months ago. Now seeing 2 dentists in Southern California. Both have said my previous dentist (Dr. Yurovsky) drilled into a perfectly good tooth and caused irreparable damage. My tooth now needs to be extracted costing me $1400 and much pain. Please don’t make the same mistake I made. Read all reviews below before you book. 3.5 average rating speaks for itself.

I started going to Dr. Yurovsky because I wanted to go to a dentist close to my Center City office. So far, my experiences with Dr. Yurovsky has been nothing but positive. I have gone to her for a new porcelain crown, routine preventative cleanings every 6 months and an occasional cavity fillings. And i have had no issues with any of these services. She always answers all my questions , examines thoroughly and provides an honest assessment. Her office is very clean and her staff is professional and friendly.

This is a dentist appointment that I actually look FORWARD to! The staff is so friendly and they instantly make you feel at home the second you walk in the door. You can tell that Dr. Yurovsky genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to answer questions or address any concerns that you have. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Physician’s office of any kind. I arrived promptly at my appointment time, and was taken an hour and fifteen minutes late. I asked twice when they were 30 min and then 50 min late if they could estimate when they were going to take me - no apology, said 15 minutes every time with a look of disdain. The receptionists are incredibly rude.

Never visit this dentist, ever. Was nice enough during my appointment but when I left and realized what had actually happened I couldn't believe it... I had a "small filling" which she apparently thinks means you need to shave a tooth in half to solve?! It's horribly noticeable. Had trouble getting my records afterwards when I called to complain. My husband had also gone to her prior to my experience to which we later learned she had convinced him to do unnecessary expensive treatments that cost us a lot to have fixed later by another dentist who actually suggested we sue from

Do not go here! Like other reviewers, I was told I had a cavity when in fact I did not. Thankfully I did not let them do any work and got a second opinion.
In addition to being told of a fake cavity. The exam and "cleaning" was easily my worst dental experience ever. While the dentist herself was doing the cleaning I was in excruciating pain but that was of no concern to her or the assistant. They spent the whole time chatting about their weekends and swapping recipes as though they were at brunch and I wasn't even there.

I went to this dentist once a couple of years ago. She said that I had 3 cavities that needed to be filled. I had a bad feeling in my gut so I looked into her online reviews. I ended up switching dentists, who told me that I had zero cavities. I'm so glad I changed dentists! (I go to Dr. Yanez if you're looking for a good one).
Recommending unnecessary dental procedures is incredibly unethical. She probably should go into sales if she's just in it for making money, not wrecking people's health. Or worse, maybe she is actually unable to recognize cavities in the first place

I've been going to this dentist for the past 2 years and their hygienist are really nice and does a great job cleaning. Their front office is rude and unprofessional. They hang up the phone on your face as you are talking. Charge you for a cancelation fee when they call you two days prior to schedule an appointment. They might have received 25-50 dollar in fees, but they just lost business and recommendation to several friends.

Please do not go to this place! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES! They will steal your money. The staff are very rude and unprofessional. The bedside manner of the dentist is horrible. When I called them asking them to send my Xrays to my new dentist, I was told that I have to pay them 40$ for no show appointment. When I told them that I called the office 48 hours before the appointment, she was very rude and said we have no show note here. I also told them that you have to tell your patients about this no show fee and she said we do, which is an absolute lie.

Wow. The times have changed. As seen here, I have been going here for years. I've had multiple cleanings, had fillings done, and really had no issue for the longest, until I had to start coming more frequently and needing more procedures. At this point I've had enough. It is a culmination of things.

Dr. Frank Bruno, Endodontist (root canal specialist), is extraordinary. His caring, expertise, and proficiency are unparalleled in the medical community. I had a great experience at this dental office. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming and I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in!
They made sure to get me in right on time as I was on my lunch break from work. Angela did my teeth cleaning. She was very thorough and knowledgable. She made sure to really educate me on the best ways to care for my teeth. Since going I have noticed my gums look better and my teeth are in better condition! Dr. Y is great and I felt very comfortable in her office.

I'm looking for a new family dentist and decided to give this place a try because it's close to my husband's job. However, the staff here has been disappointing. The blonde lady at the front is not warm and welcoming at all and neither is the lady with the dark brown hair. I have witnessed the ladies complaining about patients and arguments they've had with patients. Bad manners!
