I've had three appointments here and each have exceeded expectations. I personally had Dr. Ridge as my dentist but I'm sure the rest of the dentists there are just as great. There are a lot of dentistrys in the Philadelphia area, but Philadelphia Dentistry is most definitely the best option customer satisfaction And final product wise. Definitely recommend to college students or just anyone looking for quality dentist work.

I moved to Philly before COVID and hadn't picked a dentist..I knew I was overdue for appt so I did my research and really liked what I read..and from the moment I called, I knew this was the right dentist office..person who spoke to me was so nice, friendly, very professional..really listened to me..figured I would have to wait weeks before an appointment, but they just had an opening and I went in that afternoon! Everyone greeted me and was right on time..I hadn't been to dentist in awhile bc I haven't had good experiences, but this office was so different..the hygienist who examined

Due to the negative attitudes of financial executive Stephen, I will no longer be visiting this office. I would rather travel to NYC in order to see my prior dentist's office where patients are spoken to with respect. I always found it strange that your office has patients be pulled into a separate room with the door closed with Stephen to handle billing which is usually a front desk responsibility but now I understand. This setup is in place so that Stephen can disrespect patients in private and others visiting the office

EDITED (9/14/2021) TO ADD: Please note the office's response below and how they do not dispute *anything* that I've related in my review. Find you a dentist and dental practice who believes in science, y'all. It might come in handy during a pandemic where your exposed mouth and nose are right under the mouths and noses of people who are talking and breathing right over you and who refuse to use N95 masks.
Heads up -- THE OFFICE DOES NOT REQUIRE STAFF TO BE VACCINATED, and if you ask to be scheduled with vaccinated providers, they will refuse your request.

The best dentists in Philadelphia are at the office of Dr. Ken Cirka. Their staff is bar non the most professional, caring, friendly and knowledgeable that I've experienced at any dental office. My dentist Dr. Evan Ridge it's outstanding and my #1. If you want the best people and the nicest, you must go to Dr. Cirka office!

Great experience! Everyone at the office was very friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Dr. Ridge was thorough and also very friendly. He didn't seem rushed like other dentists I have been to before. He and his assistant went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable while my work was being completed. Definitely recommend!

I am new to Philly and came here to inquire about Invisalign after recently having traditional braces removed from an out of state orthodontist and not being totally satisfied. Dr. Ridge did a thorough exam and explained that Invisalign wouldn't be able to fix my issue and gave me a few options (a simple in office procedure to fix my major complaint and if needed then he said he could refer me to an orthodontist for traditional braces again). I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me Invisalign regardless if it would fix my issue or not. All of the staff I interacted with were

Hands down the best Philly has to offer. I went in for my first visit last week after chipping my tooth on vacation. The entire staff was extremely comforting and gave me the best treatment they had to offer, as I was adamant on leaving with a tooth. Not to mention they are very affordable and discuss every possible payment option best suitable for their patients. I have no complaints; I only wish I found them sooner! Super friendly and very clean. Thank you all for a wonderful service, especially Malikah and Dr. Ridge!

My experience at Philadelphia Dentistry has been top notch. I cannot express my gratitude to Rachel for getting my oral hygiene (specifically gums) up to par. My experience at a dental office was always traumatising but not anymore! Also, staff is very helpful and attentive. The only surprising practice is having to pay upfront for dental fees and then filing claim which is not traditional practice (imo) but did not reduce rating as a result. Just be prepared to do so....

Best dental office ever!! Trust me, I hate going to the dentist as much as anyone but I would rather come here to have a visit than anywhere else. ALL of the staff are SO incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive. I had a lot of questions and concerns and every single one of the employees made me feel heard.
I was able to schedule a first visit super quickly, and after my initial visit I was able to schedule a follow up appointment for the next day to fix issues found during my cleaning.
During my follow up visit I had a filling and a bonding on my tooth fixed. This was my first ever filling

The front desk staff is always kind and helpful, additional COVID measures are taken, and the wait time to see a dentist isn't long.

Today was my second appointment and I could not be more pleased with every one in the office. Sarah did my cleaning today and she was very reassuring and gentle which is a plus for me bec of bad anxiety with the dentist. Everything was laid out for me in detail and Steven the financial coordinator is the best, so so easy to talk to and work out financial options. I am looking forward to the next 2 months and getting the smile I been waiting for.

I've been going to Philly Dentistry for over 10 years. The staff and doctors are amazing and they really take the time to make sure everything feels great.
