Barrington Apartments

I am going into my second year of residing at Barrington Apartments, and I have nothing but the uttermost delight with the complex. One of the biggest problems I had in the past with apartment complexes was horrible maintenance culture and inept management; but the culture at Barrington is quite the opposite. Their maintenance regime is superb - one phone call to request maintenance, and you experience the BEST turn around time I have ever seen in real estate. Within minutes, they are at your door, and your issues resolved expeditiously! The management is awesome, and Jason, the property manager

Absolute worst place to rent, if I could give this place a 0 star I would. There is mold in the walls a bad roach problem and the day I try to send my receipt for spraying for fleas because I have a cat they charged me anyway. If you can avoid living here I would!!!

I have lived here since March 2021. I really like it here. It's quite and I feel safe. It's a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. It's the niecest apartment complex in Palatka in my opinion and Iv lived in most of them. Plus this one has a pool!

Very Satisfied with the new maintenance man Joel’s work! We have been having problems with our apartment since we moved in and he came and fixed majority of our problems! He gets the job done and he does it well with respect!!!

Awesome apartment complex! Great service and the maintenance man is definitely a hard worker and gets the job done the complex is quite and the neighbors are very kind!!!

Well I don’t know. Two hours after we got approved with, no notice someone else was trying to rent or notice, it was “first come, first serve”. Talked to them Monday, paid $100 in credit and background checks, got approved within 24 hrs at 10am Tuesday, called at 10:05am, as soon as the emails came in, then called at 12pm to set up the lease signing and was informed it was signed by someone else. Refund takes 1-2 weeks apparently. Thanks Barrington.

We love barrington apartments! The staff is so friendly and helpful with any needs. The apartments themselves have been upgraded and are beautiful!! New wood floors, spacious floor plans. We Highly recommend Barrington for anyone from students to young families and beyond. 5 stars 😄

Barrington is a great place to live its quiet and safe anytime of day or night. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Maintenance request are taken care of immediately. Superb service.

If you are a student, I advise you to look for another place. It’s way too expensive for what it is and it keeps going up. The place was advertised as a place for students but it’s mostly families and it seems they don’t want more students there. Also, if you’re worried about safety: while staying there a corpse was found in the ditch outside and someone got shot in the head near the location. So, look somewhere else.
Edit: people got $50 off a month of rent for leaving a good review.

I highly recommend barrington apartments. It is a quiet safe place to live. The staff is always really nice & maintenance is always quick to fix any problem in the apartment.
