St Johns Landing

We lived there from 1998-2004. Worst complex ever. We complained about the black mold in our apartment and they canceled our lease two months before renewal. They would lose our payments then "magically" find then when I would threaten to cancel the checks with my bank. They allowed the neighbors to play loud music and honk their car horns in the early hours of the morning. When we would complain, they wouldn't do anything.

The residents of this community have no clue how to live in an apartment setting. They will throw trash anywhere and do not have the courtesy that they live in a small area and will honk their horns to get someone to come to their car, regardless of what time it is in the morning or night. They state they live here but who knows if they really do. To live in such a community, you have to have respect and courtesy for others that live around you. Makes you wonder are they in the community for other things than they live there or committing in illegal activity.

Do not rent from this place!!! There is black mold in the bathroom, the bedrooms, and closets. The maintenance came to "fix" the problem, by shaping the years of paint off the ceiling and bleaching it, then repainting it! The mold obviously came back and a yellow pus like substance started leaking through the ceiling. My bathroom leaked into the kitchen light downstairs and shorted it out, the stair handrail was not even anchored into the wall! It was screwed into drywall and pulled out as soon as you touched it! There are broken crackpipes in the backyards, the police are constantly arresting

Very friendly people and clean living. The houses are slightly under maintenanced but living is comfortable and peaceful

I just moved here and you get what you pay for!!! By no way are these apartments spacious at all!! It's been rash of car break ins over 30 in one night! It's over ran with stray cats. The people in the leasing of are good for nothing. Would i recommend moving here..... Not really unless your just trying to save money hence my reasoning but give me a few months I'll return with a update
3 years later .... This place is the worse they jacked my rent up each year with 0 improvements from the time I moved in to the time I moved out my rent doubled literally. The AC window units are a joke and don’t

Not bad for a starter apartment. Wish they had central air, the air units take up space, in addition I wouldve liked a pool and a spot for everyone pooches to run around, and washer dryer connections, and redo the windows to not lose so much heat or ac. But as mentioned great starter apartment, helped me figure out what exactly I need and want in my next home. Maintenance staff is kind and respectful. A lot of stray cats running around, which is aggravating, tried to enjoy my back porch but more times then not the cats made messes in the mulch back there, or theyre fighting. Leasing staff is amazing

Decent starter apartment. You get what you paid for. Staff are friendly and helpful. I wish there were central A.C. and washer and dryer connections. Definitely recommend deadbolting your doors.

I lived in these apartments for several years they do have strict move-in requirements but it was peaceful while I was there had no trouble at all so really there's no complaints there was no maintenance issues that I'm aware of either overall I think you will be quite comfortable living there it certainly has gotten better than it was 20 plus years ago

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Most of the maintenance staff is completely incompetent. The "emergency maintenance" won't come out for anything. These are slum lords to a "t". But I guess that's the only way to keep the rent so "affordable". I've been dealing with plumbing issues since we moved in last April. Oh, and don't get me started on the roaches. I can't begin to add up the amount of food I've wasted because the roaches got to it before I did.
The rent is so low because they get you back making you pay for repairs yourself.
I wish I could give this place negative stars.
