For all Wailea vacation Rental stays there is a $75 reservation fee and a $55 Accidental Damage Protection Waiver (DPW) fee. Rental Rates are subject to 14.417% Hawaii State GET Tax & Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax. All cancellations are subject to a $100.00 fee. Any cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund, less cancellation fee.
