And decided to spoil myself with a full set for my baby shower that's next weekend. Mind you, I have never done a full set before and have done dip power for over 1 and half years at my other usual spa. Anyways Laura was great and very detail oriented with her techniques. I am definitely returning and will be asking her to do my nails my next visit : I can't wait!

Na has been doing my nails for more than 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! She is a perfectionist. They never chip or break and they last so long before needing to be redone which is great for my busy schedule. She always recommends new designs and techniques like the dipping powder so that I don't get bored with them looking the same as always. I always leave here very happy and get compliments daily about how great my nails look everywhere I go. I tell everyone to go see her!

The guy who did my nails was very aggressive with his work and cut my cuticles to the point of bleeding. Also he gave me an uneven shape. I was disappointed with the work and just wanted to get out of the salon. When I came up to pay, I told them I wasn't happy and did not want to pay the full price because I knew I had to go to another salon immediately to get it fixed. Instead of apologizing for my poor experience, they yelled at me and demanded I sit back down to get it fixed. I have never had someone yell at me ESP in front of other customers and I didn't agree to it and just payed

Before making my appointments for myself and my bridal party i read reviews and prices seemed to be fair. All I can say is the pedicure was great but we all Disliked something about our nails. Some of my nails arent even the same shape, my maid of honor had a really crooked nail... and my mother had made it clear she just wanted a French manicure on her natural nails and the person decided to cut her nails and start adding acrylic tips. I paid a total of 91.00 for basic pedicure added paraffin wax for 5.00 and full set with dip powder. I love giving every business a shot but unfortunately I will

Not coming back here. was really agressive with my nails. scabbed 4 of my cuticles. was really rude and not welcoming. did not even do the shape i wanted. kept me mentioning prices for ever little thing i wanted even tho i didn't even want a design nothing just wanted simple nails. they're all just ugly. all to the side. not even straight or even. shaped like a dinosaur claw.

I highly recommend Na at Imperial nails she does the best dip on natural nails. I take in a picture of how I want my nails and she does them perfectly. I will never go anywhere else for dip powder on my natural nails. She is patient and does it perfectly every time. My nails never chip, lift or break and they last a month every time. Thanks Na for always spending extra time on my nails you're the best

So I was against dip powder for a long time but I've had it 3 times now and I'm in love. My nails have grown out so much and Lynn took her time and was very delicate with my natural nails. I love the way Imperial does my manicures. Very sanitary business. Not a fan of the way they do my gel pedicures (I have never had one that they have done that hasn't chipped or been warped in some weird way) but I digress. Super satisfied when I come in for a manicure, and the people that work here are super sweet and funny.

I wanted to write a really good review for this place but unfortunately I can't after less then a week 4 of the nails came off. I called them and they wanted to charge me to get them soaked off or fix them, I am not paying for my nails to get removed. It was 60$ and for four to break is insane. Then they started messaging me non stop while I was at work.

I just moved to Roseville and this was my first time. Called about 30 mins before for 2 pedicures for my dad & I. Upon entering they were super sanitary & welcoming. Took us right away (no waiting forever like a lot of places who overbook). Na did my dads pedi & Lee did mine. Both of them were so kind and polite and conversed with us. My massage was awesome. I'll definitely be back!

This place is wonderful. I'm from out of town and called last minute to see if they would take a walk in on a Saturday morning. Luckily, they told me to come right in. I got the deluxe manicure (no color) and deluxe pedicure with regular polish. The manicure was great, the technician was very thorough. But the deluxe pedicure was AMAZING! Jenny did such an awesome job, took her time, made sure I was comfortable, relaxed and was very polite. I will definitely be back soon and I'm hoping to try dip next! Thank you to the staff at Imperial Nails.

While having work done on my car at the Roseville Automall, I decided to kill some time and get my nails done at a shop right around the corner. To my surprise the owner was able to fit me and when I arrived the nail salon was open for indoor appointments. That's not happening in Sacramento County. I was happy since it was a bit muggy on the day I visited. All of the employees were very friendly and the shop is clean, decorated really adorable and they have all covid precautions in place. As for my gel manicure fill well it was not very good. My lady was super sweet, however, she messed up
