A TRUE BAIT AND SWITCH EXPERIENCE. I went in to the LA BELLE NAILS Shop in Lincoln, CA shop, at the Raley's shopping center for the first time and most assuredly the last time. I was shown the list of cost for services. I wanted a Pedicure. Simple, and the least expensive , which was $30.00. While doing the procedure, I think his name was Henry, said "oh you have rough skin on your heals" , Yes I replied. So he proceeded to remove the rough skin. I usually bring my own polish , but forgot so they had me pick out a color. I picked out the color and boom , boom quick

Visiting my daughter and needed a pedicure so badly! Called and was able to make an appointment with no problem. Lots of mani and pedi chairs. They had a great massaging pedi chair! Love getting a massage while my feet are being done. The woman (didn't get her name) who did my feet was great. She took care and did not RUSH the process as some do when you're a walk-in. I will definitely be back when I'm back in Lincoln.

I infrequently get pedicures just not my thing but when I do I go with a friend and i keep forgetting how mediocre this place was. Today I came with my friend and we both had terrible pedicures. We spent 55 bucks with tip for lemon pedicure. The people are not professionally trained. The massage and description of the luxury of the pedicures are not being performed. They did not file our toe nails to look nice and applied a cheap polish as you can see it looks like it was done by my children and it's already chipped- that is with wearing flip flops and ensuring I didn't do it myself:

This place is very nice when you walk in, customer service was good over the phone, and then we came in...
Came in and it was empty, they have a button for u to push if you need assistance, and it was sooooooo hot!! Glad they came and turned it on.
I called and asked if they HAD time for 2 pedis and gel manis, they were closing in an hour and a half so I was a bit scared to go & they definitely confirmed why I hate going when they're close to closing.
They rush, I don't mind if people rush, but ONLY IF YOURE GOING TO DO A GREAT RUSHED JOB.

I had tried to walk in at another local nail salon for a pedi but they were busy so I called La Belle and they were able to get me in within 15 minutes. I got there, was greeted and sat right away. I had Tina and let me tell you, I always will want Tina giving me a pedi. I did the green tea pedicure and it was amazing. Tina's attention to detail was exactly what I needed and have been looking for in a nail tech. I've been shopping nail spots for a good pedicure and La Belle is the place to go!

I just have to get something off my chest. I usually never say anything or give bad reviews, only good ones. Let me start off by saying my mom is 85 and has dementia. But she's still pretty savvy and remembers quite a bit. On Sunday I wanted to take her and our 9 year old granddaughter to get a pedicure and have a special girl's day. Our usual go to nail people took the weekend off. I called around and found an appointment for 2:00 p.m. for all

Why even make an appointment if they will still tell you to come back in half an hour not wait a few minutes just full on tell you to leave and come back in half an hour and make you feel like you are bothering them by coming in i would have given them a chance had they said it nicely but the vibe of making me feel like i was bothering them by coming in just made me feel unwelcomed

I was coming in here for all my nail salon needs, full sets/acrylic fills and their basic pedicures. I even brought others in with me and referred people who asked about my nails to them. I really liked how clean, peaceful and friendly the place and it's employees were. The last 3 times I've gone in I have had bad experiences. They were getting busier and were short handed on employees often, and the shop was just not as clean, tidy and peaceful. Even with an appointment you will be made to wait.

Had an AMAZING experience here yesterday. I was taken right on time, my nail tech Nhi was amazing. She listened to everything I wanted and made it happen. She's been doing nails for so long, she makes it look effortless. I highly recommend coming here. You will NOT be disappointed! There's also a great Thai restaurant in the same shopping center if you're interested. Lol

I love la Bella nail salon! Tonight I was getting my nails done and felt so bad because the salon was closing as the staff was dealing with a difficult customer, I felt even worst! It was late it's SATURDAY! The staff have family to go home to! La bella nails has only been good to me and let me know that it was no problem and they would finish my nails (with smiles on their faces) I thank them 10,000 times for the hard workers they are! They care, they do great work, they are so gifted in doing just as you ask and many times more then you ask! I always recommend la bella! My mom, grandma
