I first used Rick’s legal services in the late 90s when I was struck by a driver doing an illegal U-turn while I was riding my bicycle downtown, on Connecticut Avenue. He did a great job organizing everything, I went to my rehab classes for my knee, and he took care of everything else, and most importantly, he got me paid. Since the 1990s I have always referred Rick anyone that I know whom is having legal issues of any sort. Multiple personal friends of mine have required Ricks assistance in the past, when the negligence of others caused them pain and suffering, and he took care of them too.

Thank you, F.W., for alerting me to the existence of the fabulous Vanessa G. Ghee @ Richard Silber's office on M St. I did not know that the Notary at my bank could not notarize a Power of Attorney and was left frantic until I Yelped Notaries & saw your review. Done! They only take cash, but costs seemed reasonable for multiple notarizations. And given my timing & requirements, I felt very lucky!
