On the day of the inspection PROVIEW PROFESSIONAL HOME INSPECTIONS will meet you at the property. The utilities should be turned on. If the home you are purchasing is unoccupied the utilities may not be turned on. It's important the electric, water and heating fuel, if needed, be activated and all pilot lights lit.

Mike is the real deal and you absolutely want him to be the one doing your home inspection!! With over 18 years experience as a general contractor and doing home inspections as well as being a certified master inspector he knows his stuff. We learned about a lot of expensive fixes and safety concerns in the new home we were in contract with. We would have had NO idea they were issues if it wasn't for Mike. Mike and Kalynn completed a home inspection on my new home while I was under contract. If you want a home inspected before you buy it, call Michael Paris. He did a thorough inspection for a home that I absolutely loved, but the wiring and plumbing was not up to code standards. He assessed the house from the attic to the basement floor and every nook and cranny. Detailed and professional.

Top of the line. We are buying a home and needed an inspection from someone that knew what they were doing. We googled inspectors in western Ky and his name came up as well reviewed. Got us right in the same week. Gave us a very detailed inspection with multiple pictures and very good descriptions to go with them. I would use again and recommend to anyone that asked. Amazing job.

Mike did a great job inspecting our future home. His report was very thorough and the PDF I was provided was very detailed with pictures of everything. His price was very fair and he was a pleasure to work with. Mike definitely had all the tools for the job as not only did he provide a visual inspection, but thermal imaging for possible installation issues and moisture testing for a possible leak in the ceiling. I have no complaints.
