Nathan is amazing! He took the time to respond to my voicemail, set a time to meet, and showed up to the appointment early. He did an incredibly thorough inspection and took his time. He didn't rush to get on to the next inspection. When he was done, he emailed a copy of the full report immediately and took the time to go over it in person. He offered suggestions on the items that were major concerns and which to tackle first. He is incredibly knowledgable and reasonably priced. Nate was professional in speaking with him. He was on time. The inspection was very thorough. He is knowledgeable and up to date on all the current codes. After the inspection he was able to provide a comprehensive list of the inspection and any items found that need attention.
