The business started in Terre Haute, Indiana in 1992 and expanded to Evansville, Indiana in 1994. I really respect this company. first off, we had to cancel our or first inspection and they refunded our money almost immediately. that is unheard of! second, they were extremely thorough and prompt when delivering inspection report. Very professional and appropriately responsive to email.

I highly recommend National Inspection Service. I have used them for 25 years. Rob, Cory and Bob all do an excellent job. And of course Kelly holds down the fort and also does an excellent job. I trust them with my personal home and my childrens homes and most of all my clients homes. They go above board every time. They are very thorough and have a final report to myself and my clients in less than 24 hours. Most of the time we receive the report the same day.

Rob was on time, a very friendly guy and very knowledgeable, as well as thorough. During the inspection there was a minor mishap, nothing that was a major deal, but was going to require an H-VAC guy to come out and fix the issue that had occurred, and would be handled on his end as his responsibility. To my knowledge he HAS and IS upheld/upholding his end of it and there will be someone there this week. So far, so good. My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that this incident and the solution were not listed anywhere in our report and we were not the ones that received information

They have done 2 inspections for us in the last 6 years and we were very pleased with all the helpful information about the home. Rob was very professional and knowledgeable and the report was easy to understand and included photos of items that needed to be addressed. Have recommended them to friends and family and will use the next time we move.
