DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE.
A few years ago, my cat was constipated and I brought her here to be diagnosed. They kept her for the day to do tests and give her enemas to clear her colon. They failed to put a cone on her head and she licked herself clean. The chemicals and salts in the enema caused a chemical burn in her throat and mouth that was so severe that she was unable to eat or drink water. I had to put her down, but not before an employee there yelled at me about it. I will never take another pet there and I have had pets for 50 years.

I cannot say enough good things about North Veterinary Clinic. They are extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I take my two cats and dog here and it is the only place they all feel at ease at outside of home. Dr. North is compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. She takes time to answer questions and offer sage advice. The pricing is fair and reasonable and the facility is always clean. It is a true gem in the town of Ashford and I could not recommend this place more! They are a MUST hire for anyone looking for somewhere to bring their pets!

I've been bringing our rescue dog here for the past 6 years or so.
I've been happy with the care my dog has received.
Sometimes if I have an appointment later in the day it seems like I'll have to wait a little while in the exam room before seeing the vet. I'm sure like any office they might fall behind at times.
I had an early afternoon apt and saw the vet almost right away.
She takes her time and is sure to answer any questions and never makes you feel rushed.
I wish they had a day or two they were open later during the evening but that would be my only gripe.
