Chris did an excellent job over three years on a most difficult case that kept changing literally monthly. His observation that the Trustee made a critical legal error resulted in the Trustee being removed by the BK Judge and a new Trustee appointed, who quickly settled the dispute and allowed sale of the asset in a matter of weeks. It had been ongoing for two years previously.
