2 years ago the Dock from Steamboat landing ended up in my backyard. Since then The city Washougal hired Ballard Marine to save the dock. Ballard Marine was inform the weather conditions were extreme to come save the dock and to wait. They went ahead anyways and the docks got away from them damaging 3 docks in the process and since then City of Washougal and Ballard Marine will not accept Responsibility. Its unbelievable they doesn't feel responsible for our docks and even deny damaging ours along with other people during their retrieval. Very upsetting how they all have been so unprofessional
